This was Rosalind's first trip into Hogsmeade. She had been reading up on it for days and she found out it was the largest wizard inhabited dwelling in Britain. That made it even more interesting and she couldn't wait to see it. Rosa was hoping Paige would join her but her sister it seemed had a new group of friends and didn't see the need to be around her at all. The two hadn't seen each other in days. Being at Hogwarts was a totally different creature. The two sisters barely glimpsed the other anymore. Rosa was sad but she had this trip to look forward to,
There was so much to see so much to do. She had to start somewhere and there was one place she had heard of, one place she wanted to see more than anything. A dwelling called the Shrieking Shack, the most haunted dwelling. Rosa didn't believe in that sort of thing but people mentioned it so often that she felt compelled to take a peek.
The building started to appear in the distance, and immediately there was a difference. The wind blew harder here, the air was colder, a sudden chill ran up and down Rosa's spine. She shivered as she kept on walking. Part of her defiant not willing to turn tail and run she was set to make it to this shack and prove everyone wrong.
Rosa made it as far as the gate where she stood for several moments. The house looked dilapidated as if someone had done their best to destroy it little by little. The whole thing seemed so out of place in Hogsmeade. Rosa didn't see anything scary, listening hard she didn't hear anything scary. Just like she suspected it was all a bunch of hype. Turning to walk away it was funny how easy it was to let people's opinion inflict on our own. Rosa had let the rumors get to her and now she found they were just that rumors. Laughing a low laugh she started up the hill when she heard a loud noise as if someone had crashed through the house.
Stopping dead, head turned around, a small puff of dust rose up into the air. Something had fallen. Rosa didn't think twice just ran back to the house, threw open the gate and ran up the walk. Slamming open the door she found an odd sight, there was a boy there a boy from her own house. "How in the world did you manage this?" she asked stunned.

Faust holds on to his head, He looks around and sees all the destruction he has caused. Faust holds on to a shelf as he stands up. Suddenly Faust stumbles and falls to the floor.
He notices the girl and he rolls over. "May I say you look beautiful from down here, Secondly can you help me up"Faust holds out his hand "Also I down a spell and landed on the roof"

She was still wondering how he ended up here, she didn't recall seeing him leave the common room. Rosalind was still trying to get used to her new school and all the crazy wonderful things that happened there. This was just another instance of the craziness that ensued when one went to a school for magic.
He was speaking to her and it took Rosalind a minute to figure that out. Feeling a bit daft she gave him a reassuring smile "thanks, and sure I'll go ahead and help you " holding out her hand for him to take she waited. All the time looking around the place. The house was just as bad inside as it was outside. Dust everywhere, broken furniture, holes in the floor, a newly made hole in the roof. Odd ghosts weren't normally corporeal so how in the world could they have done this type of damage.
Rosalind thought this place held a big mystery one that had nothing to do with ghosts and more to do with monsters or something like them. Maybe she would do some more research on her own about the place, she was always thirsting for knowledge.

Faust looked in her direction as ghosts appeared. He turned to the girl, "THank you for the help....can we speak outside" Faust looked at her up and down, Very nice specimen he thought.
He shouldn't have tried to leave hogwarts. It is alright well the sights of girls are. "I am Faust and you are" Suddenly his arm started to hurt again. As he fell from the pain more ghosts arrived.

Rosalind was trying to figure this young man out. Many older students referred to the first years as odd little kids. She tried not to judge people until she got to know them but he was making it a wee bit hard. The boy actually appraised her, she could see his eyes moving over her. He's how many years younger than me she asked herself before trying to put the whole ting out of her mind. Ooh if Paige were here she'd get a kick out of this. The younger Matthews sister always found it comical to see her older sister in uncomfortable situations. Staring at the boy she tried to let it all go and just be an understanding older student...He wanted to go talk outside Rosa had no qualms about doing that since this place was starting to spook her a bit.
As she made her way to the exit she felt a slight chill, the temperature of the room changed. Turning only her head Rosa saw the boy who had just introduced himself as Faust on the floor as well as several ghosts in the room. Terror in her eyes she had yet to see a real ghost until now. Rosa didn't like them and wanted to get away as fast as possible. Picking the boy up again she was like "let's get out of here ok. I don't think I like ghosts all that much." She was trying to gently pull him out of there.

Faust saw her face as the ghosts appeared, He cast Flipendo and one flew into a wall, Suddenly the other ghosts flew towards him. He pushed the girl out of the door. The house shoke.
Faust left the house covered in dust. The girl looked at him in surprise. He looked up at her and smiled. "I don't like ghosts" He dusted himself down and led her to an inn
