Appearance:
Mae is a good looking enough girl, with blonde hair thats naturally wavy and deep blue eyes. She has been mistaked to be a veela once or twice, which Mae naturally points out is typically labelling because not all Veela are blonde hair blue eyed, and not all blonde hair blue eyed girls are Veela, Mae certainly is not. She stands roughly at around 5'6 and weighs about nine stone. Her skin is a bronzed colour, though is not perfect. She tends to just cover up all blemishes and imperfections with makeup. Mae is fairly toned, though she never fusses if she puts on a few extra pounds, girls were meant to be curvy, or at least in her eyes they are anyway. She wouldnt have been born with bumps here and there if they werent supposed to be worn with pride, right?

Personality:
Mae is like any other girl with her likes and her dislikes. Mae loves to have a laugh and a joke with her friends, since her friends are really what Mae wakes up for in the mornings. She loves fun, and she cant stay still for very long, Mae is an active girl and sitting around readng a book infront of a fire is not her idea of a good time. Every now and then, she loves a bit of an Adventure, but she is scared of the forest. She doesnt like how it seems they are watching you, she gets awfully paranoid within its confines and usually doesnt go in there unless she needs to. Mae also likes to flirt, though she sometimes doesnt mean anything by it. Afterall theres nothing wrong with a good flirt once in a while, she isnt bold enough to tell a guy she likes him, but she will flirt with him more than usual in the vain hope that he will pick up on it.

Mae is the kind of girl who will forgive you for doing something wrong, but she will still hold a grudge and give in sly digs. She tends not to forget about things, and though she has forgiven you, Mae will make sure you dont do it to anyone else. Two things that Mae can not stand are people who gossip and people who take advantage. Now Mae likes to think she is a nice enough girl, but she gets riled up when she hears people gossiping about others. She does have a pretty bad temper, and she definatly has a bark to go with her bite. She is also not the smartest of the bunch, or so it seems, as it takes her longer to learn things, though she is good at figuring things out and logical stuff.

The Backstory:
Raised in Newquay, Cornwall. Mae had a fairly lively upbringing, exposed to a bustling city which every summer was packed with tourists, Mae grew accustomed to always expecting people to be around, and when they visited her Aunt in a more secluded area, Mae was always on edge and fidgity. Mae doesnt like it being all quiet around her, it makes her feel nervous and she would much prefer to be in a crowd of people, rather than be with just one person walking along a beach somewhere.

Mae was born to two muggles, so when she got her letter about Hogwarts, if she was honest she thought it was a prank, but a visit from the Headmaster soon put her mind at ease and before she knew it, she was being whisked off the Scotland to begin her magical training. It was a Magical experiance, though the fact she was so far away from civilisation, Mae was always a bit nervous, especially as she didnt know anyone and soon her confidence plummeted. She adjusted once more to being alone and when she came back, she no longer liked crowds and preferred to be with her aunt.

Over the years, Mae has found a level ground, she can no longer stand big crowds, but neither does she like to be alone.
