Depends how old you want him to be.
Steven Strait is absolutely sexy (I gave him up, I cant play guy chars xD) and he was amazing in The Covenant.
James Marsters is gorgeous as Spike on Buffy, but he is older. You could do one of the Jonas Brothers? xD Shane West is pretty too. OOH.
Gerard Butler was amazing in 300 and P.S, I Love You.
Robin Williams! xD
How about.. George Bush? 
Though I assume you'll want younger guys.

I'd say Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, or Slytherin. Probably - and I cant believe I'm saying this, me, a Slytherin at heart - but Ravenclaw or Gryffindor. He looks more those houses than my favorite. What year will you have him in?

Probably 7th year. I'm stuck between Justin Chatwin or Jake Richardson in Hangman's Curse, which is going to make me sound like a total hypocrite for saying no emos. Oh god, they're both so beautiful. Either one are so beautiful they're painful to look at.
If you're using Jake Richardson, I'd say hes a definite Ravenclaw. But Justin Chatwin could do Gryffindor or Ravenclaw.
