Personality:
Ten loves to have fun and often goofs around with her friends. She also has a serious side to her that can often take over when the circumstances prove necessary. Most of all, she's fun to be around and makes friends easily. There are times when she'll come off as annoying but you just have to be patient with her, instead of being shy and not talking at all, she's the opposite.

Appearance:
Tenley stands just taller than her father at 5'6" towering over most of her roommates. She doesn't find this a bad thing though as it helps when someone can't reach something. Her hair falls down to her shoulder blades in soft dark brown waves. She wears her hair slightly parted to the pulls and usually pulls her hair back as it annoys her when down. Her eyes are a nice chestnut color most of the time but can sometimes appear green tinted.

When not in Robes, which is most of the time, she sports a variety of fashions. Anything from shorts and a tank to a dress and heels. Her favorite thing to wear is a mid-thigh dress with leggings.

History:
The story of Tenley Amelia Michaels starts with a boy and a girl, as most stories do. Steven Michaels and Michelle Sippl were much in love through their years in a magic school in America. Two years after they left school, they got the crazy idea to run of to Spain and get married, which they did against their family's wishes.

Not three months later did Chelle find herself pregnant. Everything was great, the doctors would tell them, she's going to be one healthy baby. Tenley Amelia Michaels, they would call her. How they got that name, Ten will never know. Maybe it was the 10 long hours of pushing her mother went through in order for her to come into this world, maybe not. Either way, there she was.

Tenley was barely alive 5 minutes when her mother was rushed into surgery. A birthing complication they told Steven, We'll have her back in no time. But she never came back. Steven was left to raise a baby girl by himself.

Eleven years later, Tenley would receive an important letter stating her destiny. She was a witch. Steven didn't know how to raise a girl, let alone a witch. In Ten's book, however, he was doing just fine. So there she was, off to a Magic School. She'd write to her father every week so he wouldn't worry.

Now at Fifteen (nearing Sixteen), she finds her best friend Jase has moved to England and begs her father to move as well, thus transfering to Hogwarts. Now she's ready to prove to everyone what she can do with magic.[/font]

All That You Can't Leave Behind.
Who Will Survive, and What Will Be Left of Them.

Amie and Tenley seem to be an odd pairing to be considered as friends. With the general opinion of Amie being ignorant and Tenley being an intellect it's hard to believe that they'd be friends since nearly their second year. Am and Ten were the girl half of the group, though sometimes Amie thought she was the only girl when Ten got all competitive with Jase and Mike, so of course they had a 'special' relationship.

Only when Jase and Amie started to see each other in secret behind her back did things turn bad. She, not being the complete moron that people took her out to be could obviously see the feelings Ten had for Jase, even if he never noticed, but she also had feelings for him herself. Even if she felt like she was betraying her closest girl friend, Amie continued the little love affair until Ten found out. Suddenly, and not without reason, Ten was a little more hostile towards her and Amie was as well with the natural instincts of protecting what was her's.

The only time that Ten seemed like a savior were the weeks after Jase left, and Amie was in her visable slump. They grew back together as if the little Jase thing never happened, until Amie was told that she was going to chase after him. Amie's parents were appalled at the idea of her fleeing to another continent over a boy, and of course forbid her to go with. And they remained at that decision while Ten left, and stayed that way until they saw how much it hurt her to have two of her best friends leave like that suddenly and let her go to Hogwarts as well.

Friends or Rivals, will this new location rock the boat for this shaky friendship?

Its clear to anyone who knows these two that they share a tight connection and a strong bond. Jase wouldnt change that for the rule of the entire world. There has only ever been a handful of people who could claim they know Jase, know the real Jason Tyler-Wilde and Tenley is one of those few. With a passion for laughter, its no surprise you'll find these two laughing over something incredibly stupid, or Jase being mocked by Tenley about his non commitment to his studies.

Though the two never really caused any trouble together, you could always count on Ten to be there when Jase caused trouble. She was always the first one to his side, always the first one to pick him up when he was down. Not that he would ever admit to ever being down. Though the two shared many laughs, there also came arguments. Every friendship came with a price, and usually it was tension and pain.

Though he has been blind to her crush on him all these years, he always felt like she gave him 100% though he never understood why. Even now he's still blind to it. Call him a guy, but usually they dont see it until its shoved in their faces. When it came to their friendship, or anything remotely connected to it, he just shrugged. Two of his best friends were girls, and the only other guy in the group may as well have been born a girl. Though the four of them made quite the team.

Though Jase and Amie had other plans.
