"Mmm.. alright Professor." Jason said in a silky tone before leaning over to whisper into Ashton's ear. Letting the words slip off of his lips easily and quickly, the Slytherins gaze soon narrowed dangerously and his words became more pronounced to the young boy. Ashton's eyes went wide as Jason pulled back, a wide grin forming on his features. The Ravenclaw looked towards the taller boy in disblief for a moment, hoping that he was just joking. But alas, the elder boy never did, and confirmed his words with a nod.
Taking his wand out of his pocket, Jason aimed it at the poor boy. With the same grin on his lips, he whispered a single word more to Ashton. "Stupefy." Seeing as the spell worked properly, a red beam of light manifested itself from the tip of his wand, striking out at Ashton, successfully rendering him unconcious. The Slytherin then simply pushed Ashton from his chair, freeing it up and causing the boy to merely crumple up upon contact with the floor.
"Well, Professor. Looks like I'm out of a partner. Guess it seems I shall work alone." Jason replied to the Professor, ending his sentence with a dark laugh.

Ellie waited for Bray to answer her, but his mind was taken away. She noticed Ashton picking a fight with some Slytherin. Honestly, they were both being stupid and idiotic. No one really cared who knew more. Ash always seemed to get himself in these situations. Ellie groaned.
However, when Ellie looked back toward Bray, he had shifted, almost trying to ignore her and what she had said. "Bray..." She said, her anger rising. "Why didn't you tell me..." Just as Ellie whisper the question so not to disturb the whole class Bray tried to shut the two fighting boys up.
Ellie jumped with the out burst. Her face became red. bray didn't turn back to pay attention to her. She leaned back and crossed her arms, looking out the window, her face red, tears threatening to come to her eyes. She was being the sad lonely teenager, she knew it, but Bray ignoring her was too much. They never didn't talk. Every day they sat and talked about nothing. Ellie couldn't stand it.
Ellie was concentrating on a tree far off in the distance so she wouldn't be distracted by anything in the room, but as she had the spell being yelled and the tell tale sound of someone getting stupefied, Ellie jumped up out of her seat. She turned toward the boys, the Slytherin's wand had just performed the spell work. At little quick on the draw and without warning. Ellie grimaced, "What a coward..." She said under her breath, hoping Bray didn't think she was talking about him.

Hannah had seen it before it happened. She turned her head just in time to see Jason push the boy from his seat. Was she that inept a teacher that this boy thought he could get away with a such a thing? Then when he actually spoke it was as if nothing had happened. Was he serious? Hannah sighed while trying to control the anger she felt deep inside. Walking rather briskly to his desk she looked down at him "Have you lost your mind? Do you know what class you're in? Did you not think I'd see that? What could have possessed you?" She was simply too mad to allow him time to answer.
"You know what since you think this is all so amusing Mr. Walker I assume you'll enjoy regaling the headmaster with the story, I'm sure he's in his office as we speak so why not go do that. I'll know if you've gone or not so please don't try to be slick. Now you're free to leave." Pointing her wand at her desk a note pad lifted into the air, then a desk drawer opened to release a quick quotes quill as if reading her mind the quill began to write back and forth on the pad. Once done an envelope appeared the note folding itself and slipping neatly inside. It floated right toward Jason. "Take this and don't even think of ripping it up. Make sure the headmaster sees it."
Turning away she walked over to the stupefied student and quickly released him from the spell. Helping him up and into his seat Hannah apologized "I didn't think he'd go that far and I'm sorry." Even during her time at school her fellow Slytherins didn't dare do something like that in front of a teacher. Things had certainly changed hadn't they. Not wanting to dwell on the incident for too long Hannah moved away and back to the front of the room.
"Ok now students I want to take the tea cups and fill them with tea, drink slowly it's hot. When you're done hand the cup off to your partner, the dregs is what you're after. Take your books entitled Unfogging the Future and look up the chapter on reading tea leaves. Try and see what you're partners leaves are saying about them. I shall be around momentarily in order to see what information you can give me."
[[Here you can let your imaginations go. Since a lot of you aren't seers the professor won't expect you to be dead on. The more interesting your response the better. Highest points to the best reading.]]

Jason looked up lazily to the Professor, his expression reading apathetic as she spat in his face with every pronounced word.
"Have you lost your mind? Do you know what class you're in? Did you not think I'd see that? What could have possessed you?"
His response was a simple one, answering all of her questions in a single breath. "Lost my mind? Never had such a thing. Know what class i'm in? Sign is on the door. If you saw it ahead of time, you would have stopped me, so no. And finally, possession? We both know that is an absurd and abstract concept. So, nothing."
He had a bit of a chuckle at the Professors ignorance. But after all, she was a woman, so he couldn't blame her incompetence. She claims herself a seer? Then she best work up the skills, because she was quite novice at it.
"Take this and don't even think of ripping it up. Make sure the headmaster sees it."
"Ripping it up? Of course not. But I will make sure the headmaster sees the end result of it." The slytherin grinned and remarked while standing. Jason then flicked an outstretched wrist towards the letter, promptly igniting it on fire. Within a matter of minutes, the note simply laid on the desk in it's now transformed state: a pile of ashes.
The boy then briskly walked to the door of the classroom before stopping. "And do heed my words, Hannah," Her name slipped from his lips, dripping with the utmost disgust. "You won't be keeping your job for much longer. You're a crack-pot nut who can't stay committed to anything longer than a month. Better leave this class and theory to the Professionals."
He wanted to add something about her most previous boyfriend, that Potions professor, but decided against it, thinking that she would find out herself. Without another word, Jason exited the classroom.[/color]

The professor had hoped to be well rid of Jason Walker but she forgot the first rule when it came to Slytherins, they didn't back down not from anyone. So she shouldn't have been surprised when he attempted to piss her off further by setting the note on fire then by spewing some venomous words that truly meant nothing coming from such an apparently immature little boy.
If he thought he would soon be rid of her as a professor then he had another thing coming she wasn't going anywhere. He had more to say she knew that but he kept his mouth shut about whatever it was a smart move on his part since there was only so much she was going to take from him. When he was gone she pointed her wand at the door slamming it shut. She would be having her own words with the head master about what happened.
Taking a moment to compose herself she closed her eyes counting to 10 over and over again. When she felt her heart rate slow and the pounding in her ears had stopped she simply got up and began to walk around the room stopping first at Ellie's desk.
