The Character
Name: Andrea Maddalena Riley

Personality: Andie is a sweet yet fiercely independent girl. She does not believe in imposing her belief on others and hates it when people try to do the same to her. Around her friends Andie is spontaneous and silly. Always laughing, always making jokes, and always responding to something being said to her with a witty comeback. Around people she doesn't know very well she is very reserved and often comes across as standoffish. This however, is not the case. It's just that she had some bad experiences in her first couple of years at Hogwarts and since then she had learned to keep her guard up. Until she gets to know them better that is! Then she decides whether they will be friend, aqquaintence, or enemy. Andie treats her enemies with typical cruelty and disdain. Mocking them whenever she gets the chance. She relishes in tormenting them. Andie's temper is... difficult to explain. The best way to describe would be to say it's like a firecracker. You never know when it's going to go off, but when it does... watch out! Andie also has a reputation for holding grudges. Once you have done something to piss her off, she will probably never forgive you and will most likely hold it against you the rest of your life.
Appearance: Andie, with her perfect peaches n' cream complexion, bright fiery-red curls, and stunning, wide emerald green eyes, always sparkling with either mirth or mischievousness, and full red lips has often been the envy of many a girl at Hogwarts. To put it in simpler terms, Andie is drop-dead gorgeous. And she knows it! Not that she's trying to brag of course.
History: Andie was born to a mother who was a witch and had married a muggle. Sadly, her mother, Elizabeth died while Andie was in her 2nd year at Hogwarts. Her father, Alexandre a kind, loving, gentle man did his best to make life as good for her as it was for the other kids her age. And Andie could not have asked for more. She lives with her father in a medium-sized yet gorgeous home nestled in the lush green hills of Ireland. Every summer her father meets her at the trainstation and she tells him everything that happened in school that year, and shows him the all the new spells she learned that year. When they get home of course! She can't very well cast the Wingardium leviosa charm in a crowd full of muggles! He is her mentor and protector. And he is the best father she could have ever asked for. One of the most important lessons that Alexandre Riley has taught his daughter is pride. To take pride in who she is, take pride in who she will become, but most importantly, to take pride in her history. Take pride in her Irish roots. In Andie's mind, there is no better way to this, than by traditionial Irish Step Dance. Particularly the type seen in the popular Muggle show Riverdance Andie began dancing at the young age of three and her father, who himself was a world famous Irish Step dancer before he met her mother, taught her himself. Andie loves Irish Step Dancing to this day, and to this day, her father remains her dedicated and strict yet loving intructor. Dancing, along with singing, is her life.
The Relationships
Kindred Spirits: This is reserved for anyone extremely close to Andie's heart. Which there aren't many. This is a difficult group to get into. First you have to prove yourself before she'll consider it.
Faithful Friends: These are the friends that Andie knows will be there for her, no matter what. And through thick n' thin they have eachothers' backs!
Aquaintance: You don't know Andie well enough to be her friend; but you have had a few pleasant conversations with her either in the corridors or by the lake or wherever you happen to bump into her.
Sworn Enemies: She detests you, you detest her. Simple as that. Anyone in this group, if you piss her off, which you probably could just by gawking at her, she will not hesitate to hex you into the next century and back.

They get along swimmingly and Grace's giving personality means she would help Andie in any situation and Andie knows it.
