Name: Shane Michael Ross

Personality: Shane is very outspoken and opinionated. One could label him extremely and almost brutally honest. He is not afraid to speak his mind and let his voice known. He will tell you how he feels about you without a moments hesitation. He is very sarcastic and it is often hard to tell when he is simply joking with you or being serious. This often makes people uncomfortable and careful around him. He is extremely ambitious and will stop at nothing to get what he wants, even if this means taking advantage of and manipulating others around him. He hates rejection, failure, and the word 'no' hasn't any meaning in his personal dictionary. Shane is also quite full of himself and arrogant. Afterall...he has a reason. He's handsome, smart, charming, and worthy of being jealous of.

Shane does have a kinder, sweeter, and more caring side, though. It just takes certain people to bring that part of him out into the open.
Appearance:
Shane is a handsome young man. He has jet black colored hair, falling gently over his ears and brushing just above his eyes. He does nothing with styling it, merely leaving it as it is. His eyes are his best feature and perhaps one of the most captivating features. They are an extremely bright, aqua colored blue. Large and wide, they possess a false innocence. Those who know him can see the mischief in his eyes.

He reaches a height of about 5'9" and is slim, yet slightly muscular. He proves that muscle is not everything. As for clothing, his style goes a little more punky, yet he definetly does have style.
History:

Shane's mother is half Veela. His grandmother was full Veela. This may account for some of his arrogance and good looks. His mother worked for a wizarding beauty magazine and met his father, a journalist while on the job. His father writes for the daily prophet. The gift of writing comes easily to him, thank to this. He is his parent's only child. This comes as both a good thing and a bad thing. Shane doesn't mind being the only one his parent's look after, yet he sometimes gets lonley. Though he would never admit it. His parents are often both gone, working on stories and researching articles for a magazine/newspaper.

He is often home alone for weeks at time. This may explain his colder, icey personality. Lonliness is easy to cover up as a weakness, yet it may be the biggest weakness and pain of all in any person.
