Any other Comments:[/I] I also play Erys Grace, the awesome sixth year Slytherin. Mr. Ian Gray also convinced me to create a vampire character since there wasn't one yet, so here she is.
Shes joining hogwarts, since shes still a witch, but a vampire too.
Shes not all evil, but still is. Because of being only a half-wizard, she has to concentrate each time she casts a spell, which sometimes gives her headaches but she deals with it alright.
Yes, Im applying for her to get into Hogwarts, as a student.
I'd be extremely surprised if she made it into Hufflepuff or Gryffindor.

Wand:[/I] At first, her wand was Holly, 10", with a unicorn hair core, but since Holly is an interpretation of holy, deemed by religious people to be the saint wood, she couldn't touch it anymore as it burned her. Now after threatening to eat a talented wandmaker, she has a new wand: Yew, 8", with a core of Acromantula ( the giant black spider, like Aragog ) venom. It has a tattered strip of cloth from a Dementor's robe curled loosely around it. ( In case you didn't know, Yew is called "the graveyard tree". Fitting, since Cessily is dead. )

Strengths: Being half vampire, shes granted with abilities a normal witch wouldn't possess. Her speed and strength are greatly enhanced, and her senses as well. If she decided to slap somebody, her fingernails would leave deep cut-marks in their cheek. They could be described as claws, being that sharp. Cessily is able to retract and draw out her fangs whenever she wants, but if she smells blood, they imediately spring out, which can lead to her secret getting out. That means bad news bears, my friends.

Weaknesses: The average old-age kind, even though we all know nowadays you'd have to chop them up and burn the pieces. Garlic, beheading, fire, stake through the heart, etc, but it is uncertain whether the death would be quick enough for her to save herself or not. She could easily protect herself with magic, though.

Personality:[/I] She used to be the kindest person before being bitten. Being half-vampire, Cessily is evil. She kicks puppies. She seduces hot boys. She manipulates to get what she wants. Cessily is completely unpredictable when it comes to her moods, and her temper is something to be afraid of. No matter how much she tries to push somebody away, the truth is, she just needs a friend to keep her in line. Most likely a guy, because of her extreme dislike of girls. Cessily is extremely tempted to drink human blood, and the only way to fight that thirst is to stock up before enrolling in Hogwarts. Underneath her bed is a tiny fridge which she keeps packets of the red stuff- every day she must pour blood into a flask she keeps with her at all times, in case theres an accident and she gets excited. That doesn't mean she wont try to eat you, because she will, unless you gain her favor. Nobody knows her little secret yet, which only adds to her danger factor. If you were brave enough to befriend her, Cessily wouldn't ever try to drink you, unless she was driven mad by blood-lust. She can slip up and make mistakes, too. Because shes only half vampire, she isn't completely villainous and evil. She has feelings, but they're nearly impossible to reach.

Appearance: Cessily is your not-so-average hot girl, her beauty only intensified after the change. Her rich, brown hair is long and straight, while her skin is deathly pale. Cessily's eyes are usually a pretty lavendar, but they are prone to change from purple, to gold, to green, depending on her mood. If she smells blood, her irises are a deep red. Standing at about 5"6, Cessily has curves every woman dreams of, while also having soft, porcelain skin. Her fingernails are always painted dark red.

History:[/I] Cessiline Rose Monroe was an extremely talented witch, who showed so much potential for her age. Her parents died when she was only 12, their death's leading to the more rebellious side of her personality. Left under the care of her elder sister, Cessily only had one more year at her school - the name of which eludes her memory - before she applied for a job in the ministry, as an auror. It was a month ago before she took the wrong turn in Diagon Alley, ending up in the wrong side of town. All she remembers is, she was thrown against a grungy brick wall, then bitten by a skeletal-looking woman before being abandoned there. Driven mad by blood lust a few days after the transformation, Cessily ended up stealing a small child and draining it dry. Leaving it for dead, she returned to her sister, who, blissfully unaware of her sister's current state, welcomed her back with open arms. Now, transferring to Hogwarts, she hopes to rid herself of the bothersome headaches she gets when using a spell. Though that might not happen ever, because she could never be a full witch again.
