Personality:
General: Charlie is the kind of guy you want to be around when you’re feeling down, because no matter what it is he’ll always find a way to bring up you’re hopes, and defiantly make you laugh.
Even if you’re not down, Charlie is still the guy you want to be around. He’s funny, charming, cute, and likeable.
Charlie is also the type of person who cares and listens to you, he might not have the best advice, but his there and he listens, and he always keeps a secret.
He also seems to be someone who wouldn’t get in many fights, but if he sees someone picking on someone else who doesn’t deserve it he’ll be over there stopping them, and of course getting in a fight himself.
He also tends to be the person who doesn’t pay much attention in class, and will argue back with the teacher, which gives him a long history of detentions.

General Looks: Generally Charlie has tanned skin, and is at average height for his age. He doesn’t look strong, but he doesn’t look weak either, he looks right in between in size wize. His face is rounded, and he gives of the sad little baby look sometimes, but not on purpose.
Characters Style: Charlie seems to always be wearing hoody, with a t-shirt underneath it. That is when he’s not in uniform. He normally is wearing light jeans, and his checkered converse, that his parents got him a while back.
History:
Parents: Leo(muggle) and Gwenyth Fere(muggle-born)
Siblings:
Tegan Fere: Eleven, Wizard
Jackson Fere: Twenty Squib.
Childhood-Three: When Charlie was growing up his older brother Jackson was always the person he looked up to. Even though Jackson pretended that Charlie wasn’t his younger brother because he always seemed to get more attention than Jackson ever had. But that was probably only because Charlie was the only one out of the two who showed signs of magical ability.
When Charlie had gotten his letter to Hogwarts, he was very excited. He had been told all about Hogwarts as a kid, and was always impressed that his mother had gone to school there.
Year One: In the first year at school, not only was he ecstatic 100% of the time but he as sad too, but only because his older brother had been really resenting him. Jackson would never send a letter back, and the whole summer he was home he didn’t talk to him once, which made Charlie feel like he had done something wrong.
Charlie’s grades had been on a rocky level, but that was only because he had been distracted, and he had taken a while to et used to using a wand, although he got in eventually.
Year Two: Jackson and Charlie were to the point of not even speaking, but seemed to affect Charlie less and less. Charlie made more friends, and had definitely developed his terrific sense of humor. Charlie hadn’t seen Jackson the whole summer, because he was always busy, with his guitar lessons that he had started, and seemed naturally good at. Plus Charlie was always out with a friend, from Hogwarts who had lived quite close to the Fere family.
Charlie’s grades were still a little rocky, but there was clear improvement.
Year Three: Charlie had much fun in his third year, almost completely forgetting about his older brother. He made more friends, and was perfectly happy were he was.
His grades dropped out of lack of interest, but only in a few subjects, that probably didn’t matter much, well not for Charlie anyways.
Year Four: He had a lot of fun showing off how well he could play guitar and laughing, and cracking jokes, although he felt like something was missing. He knew something was missing…his brother. There was nothing he could do, but wish that his brother would forgive him, which was unlikely, though.
His grades were okay that year, but they were better than they had been.
Year Five: Charlie was staring to forget his brother again, and was glad, that the emptiness inside him was finally going away.
His grades were still okay, but it was nice for his parents to see a balance in his marks.
RP Sample: I know I am not applying for a cannon character, but I would still like to do a RP sample anyways. This will take place on his first day, at the train station.
Charlie said goodbye to his dad and his little sister. He tried to say bye to his older brother Jackson, but he just didn’t try. He followed after his mom, as she ran between Platform nine and ten, soon to find he was standing on platform 9 and 1/3.
He said goodbye to his mom after she pointed him in the right direction, and hopped on the train. He found a compartment, with a few other people in it who looked around his age. He found his mom standing on the platform, an waved good-bye, until Christmas.
Soon the train left the station, and he was on his way to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
