Jac is a friendly and brutally honest girl with few inhibitions and a carefree spring to her step. Very outgoing, Jac is the type of girl to go up to a perfect stranger and simply start talking about the first thing that comes to her mind, usually something random or funny. She is more then confident enough to put her foot down when she thinks it needs doing, or even when she just wants to interject, but most importantly she will stand up for people who can't do it for themselves, always having the courage to stand up to bullies and bad people.
Arrogant at times, Jac sees no reason why a person shouldn't be proud of their achievements and pride is something Jac has in buckets! What she has in pride compensates for her lack of patience. She doesn't get angry easily though because she doesn't take very much seriously. Life is a roller coaster to her, something to be enjoyed, not spent worrying about the future or what happened in the past. However, when Jac does get angry she can do stupid things, like curse people simply because they annoyed her, and because it takes a lot to make this bubbly girl angry she doesn't handle it well, taking hours or even days to get out of the bad mood it creates.
A good listener, Jac likes to know that people trust her enough to confide in her. It inflates her already large ego just that little bit more. Then she'll try and help but really, she has no idea what to say. Jac has had a pretty good life, had a good loving family and nothing really to complain about so she finds relating to others tricky sometimes, but it doesn't stop her from trying. This is just one of the ways that Jac is very dependable and responsible. She will see things through to the very last no matter what.
Jac is a very affectionate person as well as very physical, loving to feel and touch rather then anything else. She would rather have a bit of a rough and tumble then sit down and talk about things; for her it just seems to make more sense to work out your feelings then talk about them. So when she's with someone she likes, she'll be on top of them a lot, lots of little kisses and lots of giggles. Trusting and fiercely loyal, Jac laughs easily and it seems to be infections around her.
The most important thing to this girl is family and good friends, all else is dismissible and forgettable. Though, Jac has found that mostly people just seem to like her for her openness and willingness to do just about anything for a bit of fun and some adventure, even venture into restricted areas and go against rules. Belligerent at times, Jac is impulsive and sometimes a little crazy. Hard-working and energetic,
It doesn't take much to make this optimistic girl happy and even when she's not it's plain to see. Being a metamorphmagus, Jac wears her emotions on her sleeve, so to speak, still struggling to control her special ability fully. It doesn't bother her though because it helps her show her feelings in stead of having to speak about them.
Jac has a big family, a long line of purebloods. She has two bothers and two sisters. The first brother is the oldest and the other is the youngest while the other two sisters are twins and older then she and her younger brother. This terrible troop is rowdy and full of laughter and love when they are together. From the moment Jac was born she was surrounded (and sometimes smothered) by love. Ed, the oldest bother, has always adored her and Trisha & Allona have always thought she was better then having a clown at a birthday party, Lon has put it as bluntly before as that. Her parents, though not as loud as everyone knows Jac can be, love her, and her brothers and sisters, with so much of their hearts there is little left to say on the matter.
Both Jac’s parents were in Ravenclaw as were Jac’s brothers so when Trish was placed in Gryffindor and Allona in Hufflepuff it cause much debates within the family. Jac is very close to Ed and he is always sending her first edition copies of his books saying that one day they will be worth millions. Trish and Jac are always corresponding though the family owl Hywel. Allona likes to keep away from the family and is terrible with writing back when she is sent a letter.
Family aside, Jac enjoyed being at Hogwarts. As was said before, she was placed in Gryffindor and anyone who knows the fiery girl knows that Gryffindor was the best place for her. There she forged some incredibly strong friendships, like with Ginny Weasley and with Leon Renolds, who during his last year, her sixth, were a couple. When Leon decided he was going to go off and play Quidditch - a love they both shared - Jac was excited for him but it left her broken inside. Outside of her Gryffindor circle there were many others but none as important as her surrogate sister, Grace Marks, or her best friends Girty Hubbles and Jackson Shaw.
After Leon left, Jac found comfort in one of her longest time friends, Jackson and after they kissed it seemed all too clear that they were meant to be together. They had known each other for as long as Jac had attended Hogwarts and they had become stead fast friends. Jac could not imagine life without her Jack, but still school continued. At the end of her final year, Jac had achieved well in her classes:

Her bookworm-nature helped her excel in many of her classes, and her determination helped her achieve her goal of wanting to becoming an Auror, just like the only other metamorphmagus she has met. When she met Tonks in the corridors one evening it amazed Jac that she hadn't thought of it before to become an Auror so, after leaving Hogwarts Jac pursued becoming an Auror and became an apprentice to one of the best. It was tough for her, the work load was difficult, the hours were long. Jackson made it easier. She was as happy as she'd ever been with having Jackson by her side. When he proposed, Jac couldn't restrain herself and ran into his arms so fiercely that she knocked both of them to the ground but it didn't matter to her.
Soon, they were married and she became Mrs Jac Shaw. It took some getting used to and it still caught her off guard sometimes but she liked it. The name was so fitting, she thought. Her auror training kept her busy a lot of the time though so she didn't see nearly half as much of her new husband as she would have liked but they managed well enough. Jac loved getting away from London as much as she could and it was a quick trip to Jackson's side, quick as anything with the promise of seeing him again in her mind.

Details
Ian and Jac have always hung out during their time at Hogwarts, considering they've seen each other day after day for all seven of their years at the castle. Though they're obviously different in many ways, Jac having a slight Ravenclaw streak while Ian would be most-likely compared to a sloth, if anything, they're also very similar.
Both share a love for adventure and are naturally curious. With most of their conversations spent teasing one another, they often have loads of fun when spending time together.
Though they were always something like friends throughout their years at Hogwarts, their friendship grew after spending a night together at the Tournament Ball. Ian was, of course, an amateur dancer, but being the nice girl Jac is, she didn't mention at all any injuries she had suffered that night.

Good friends
Details: Sophie and Jac differ in many ways with Sophie being particularly interested in lads of all varieties and Jac; well not so much. But such differences bring them closer together and they find it easy to talk openly with one another about everything including little secrets. The only really thorn keeping them from being the very best of friends is a certain boy; going by the name of William. Try as she might Sohpie is still completely fixated with him, and this just drives Jac up the wall from time to time. Though Soph can now ridicule Jac, in a nice bantering fashion about her growing friendship with Ian. Soph knows it isn't a deep rooted love or even a particular crush for that matter but she'll still tease Jac for all she is worth.
RP ideas: continue with quidditch tryout thread with particular reference now to Sophie teasing Jac!
More chatter and gossip in lessons.

Good Friends
Detail: Jac and Shabnam, no matter what the situation, always manage to bring each other down in fits of laughter. Their comfortableness around each other is sound and they are both bizarre enough to understand each other perfectly! When in each other's company their conversations are always full of happy inside jokes and immaturity, which often leads them to getting into trouble together in lessons, but their energy is more than infectious and they always end up dragging others into their fun.
Shabnam especially likes Jac for the innocence of their friendship, which, unusual for many people, is not in the slightest bit tainted by secrets, dishonesty or backstabbing. Shabnam's trust in Jac is golden, and they are fast on their way to becoming best friends.

Connections
DETAIL: Effie knows Jac as a friend of a friend, they are every now and then brought together to hang out through others but aren't particularly close enough to organise something for just them. When they are in each other's company though, they get on well enough and seem to share a fair amount of interests.
RP IDEAS: Something for the Big Plot perhaps? More students need to get involved, so perhaps Effie + Jac thrown into sort some of action together? Nothing specific coming to mind at the moment =P I'll have to have a think!

Best Friends
Alex and Jac have been friends for a long time and they like to get themselves into a lot of trouble. Going searching for a rabbits foot and nearly being made werewolf meal for example. Though despite the trouble, Alex always manages to find something amusing in it all.
Alex knows he can trust Jac, which on a scale of one to ten rates eleven. He figures he has to be able to trust his friends because if he cant, then, well they aint really friends.
Alex knows he can count on Jac to get them into trouble, get them out of trouble, and of course, be blunt.
All in all, Alex is one happy guy to have Jac in his life. She's one of his best friends and he doubts that will ever change. |

Good Possible/Connections (Just friends. There was nothing in between I suppose. xD)
Details: Erys for the most part keeps to her own house. It came as a surprise to her that Jac was nice to her, and, for some odd reason, she didn't mind the Gryff's company. Jac being probably one of the only Gryffindor's she would ever dare to befriend (without jeopardizing her Slytherin status, of course) Erys considers them friends. Not really good friends, but friends. And within the school, everyone is connected to everyone else by a friend, so they probably know eachother that way too.
Their friendship is delicate, at best, and true, they probably wont be anything more than the terror patrol at the school, but that doesn't mean they cant be polite to eachother and whatnot.
RP Ideas: Definitely them doing something illegal. Trouble-making is always fun! [/color]

Girty Hubbles Bestest Best Friends (yes I made my own group hehe)
Detail: Girty has known Jac for a while now. They first met each other due to Grace (So all the blame can be put at her door *shakes fist*) who basically threw them together. It was then quite fortunate that they get on well. Both Jac and Girty have the same temperaments and luckily they both have the ability to laugh and anything and everything.
They will normally be seen laughing and eating which is something is yet another thing they have in common. They have long debates about which flavour jelly beans are the best or who can fit the most pumpkin pastries into their mouth…really acting like immature first years. You might also catch Jac and Girty running for their lives away some form of creature or Ministry official who wants to kill them, even on the odd occasion Girty is the creature chasing Jac down…
Gryffindor and Hufflepuff’s may seem an odd match with the stereotypical views of their houses but you will not find truer friends then Jac and Girty and even with them both graduating their friendship will continue, most likely in the pub or at a restaurant eating until their stomachs burst.
RP IDEAS: I guess we shall have to see how things go, but carrying on with the Hogsmeade thread will be a start.

Jac & Leon have been pretty much best friends ever since they were kids, and their relationship has only grown and become stronger over the years. They are now together! |

Trish has known Jac for all of her life. The two have always gotten along well, both finding that their love for fun binding them together strongly. Their mutual love for quidditch gave them endless joy when they were still living in the same house. Books too have bound them together. The two can read books while together and find it to be the best time they spend together, even better then talking about everything, as they do.
With Trish and Lon's falling out, Trish became reserved and yet she and Jac remained close, if not drawing closer and Trish developed an identity separate from her twins. Jac and Trish can talk about anything. There isn't a detail about Jac that Trish doesn't know and visa versa. Their bond is so strong that they rarely argue. It does not help that they don't see each other often, giving them nothing but good things to share with each other when they do get together. |

Jack and Jac!
Best Friends :-: Together
The two Jacks have been friends through most of their life in School. In a way it was surprising their friendship lasted, afterall Jackson was known to attract deadly dangers to himself and yet Jac was always there to help him out. The two of them have been through an awful lot in the past few years, but still their friendship is as strong as ever. Jack will always remember the day Jac saved him from a man eating, (or Jack Eating) plant in Herbology.
Over the years, Jack began to look at her in a different way. He was getting older now, and though only a year younger than himself, she was one of the girls Jack began to notice in a different light. He never said anything though in fear of ruining their friendship and just got on with it, despite the fact her insides were yelling at him to ask her out he didnt. He watched as people around him coupled off, Dan and Dia finally got married, Alex and Girty got their acts together. Jac... Jac finally got with Leon when Jack was doing his apprentiship.
In a way he was happy for her, and he definatly made it seem as such. But the coffin in which he buried his feelings for her seemed to have the last nail hammered in when he learnt about the relationship. Over time, the time the two Jacks spent together dwindled. Jac was usually with Leon and Jack spent a lot of his time now with his childhood friend Via. Giving her encouragment and helping her through her exams.
One night Jack ventured into the forest for something to do and Jac found him in there. The two had a bit of a laugh and somehow they ended up on the subject about kissing. "Is that a roundabout way of saying you want me to kiss you Shaw?" That line always stuck with him, what she said to him that night. He couldnt lie to her so instead he took interest in Fungi, even though he hated it.
Jac lost her head and began to get angry at Jack for what seemed like no reason at all. She cried and he learnt Leon had left. He comforted her like a friend should have done, but the nail in the coffin seemed to pop right back out and for no reason at all, and probably the worst timing ever, Jack kissed Jac.
Now, after his apprentiship he is a fully fledged Professor and Jac an auror in training. The coffin hiding Jack's feelings had been blown open, Jac now knew what Jack had hidden for so long and the two finally got themselves together and are going strong.
Jack appreciates his time with Jac more than anything and wouldnt ever take her for granted. She means the world to him and if anything should ever happen to her he wouldnt know what to do with himself. Jac is the reason his world turns, and the reason it stops. The reason it goes from night to day and the reason everything makes sense to him.
