Personality
Jane is very down to earth, as a Herbology Professor should be. She is very natural, liking all thing from the earth. She has a very sweet personality and is easy to get along with. However, just like mother nature, she had a slight temper, which when provoked can cause damage to whom ever provoked it. However, Jane doesn't hold grudges or dwell in the past. She get over things and grows new friendship and fixing old ones.
Appearance
light blonde hair or dark brown, it changes everyone and a while, leaving it naturally wavy, brown-green eyes, olive tanned skin.
History
Growing up with a muggle father and a witch for a mother, Jane was very well rounded. She was accepted into Hogwarts as an eleven year old witch. Sorted into Hufflepuff, she never had a knack for wand work, excelling at Potions, Core of Magical Creatures, Astronomy, and Herbology. She was always very logical and down to earth, gaining friends and acquaintances, always being very well liked.
Jane graduated from Hogwarts, and went on to become an apprentice for an apothecary in Diagon Alley. Here she learned she had a knock of sorting and label the herb he used and Herbology became in interest. Jane traveled around the world cataloging Herbology as a botanist for the ministry until as a nineteen year old woman, she found herself as a mother. She tried the traveling thing, but soon she decided that she needed to find a stationary job where she and her daughter, Ivy, could settle down. Trying a desk job at the ministry, she found that she needed her nature. Year later, she finally put her foot down, and she realized she needed to be happy. She found a job at Hogwarts, where they would let her daughter visit regularly. However, Rose would have to stay permanently with her Grandparents in London. However, a new start seemed welcome to Jane.
