Michael had started off these past few months as working for the Improper Use of Magic office. He never had his own office nor his own free working space, instead he found himself in the confines of an open office where a bunch of other people too worked, using the same equipment that Mike used and in all honesty, it did indeed get a little confusing from time to time, not to mention stressful.
Though due to his loyalty and his work, he had been shifted. He was made an Auror and given his own office to work in. The training itself commenced for quite some time and it was tiring. Though he made it through and sought it out right until the end. Now Mike was an Auror, part of the people who did something. Not just someone who wrote letters to underage wizards warning them of the consequencies that could happen if they kept on using magic.
Mike had not yet recieved any form of mission, though he kept right upto date with what was happening with the Rogues and their now formidible allies. It would seem, as Mike sat at his desk in darkness, only lit by the moonlight behind him and a faint candle glowing on his desk, that they were going to be more of a problem to the ministry than anybody had thought. He still thought about that Centaur they now had amongst their ranks, it chilled him to think about it. If they had one Centaur, it would only be a matter of time before that Centaur got other Centaurs involved. And then, chaos would reign upon them. Mike sighed as he closed the file, his head dropping into his hands. He had no idea what to do. He could feel it somewhere, that they were missing something, something important. He just didnt know what. And pushing aside all that, he had a terrible headache. He had now been sat in this office for three days and three nights. Trying to figure a loophole around something.
One small noise on the outside of his door. He knw nobody else was on this floor so late at night but Mike. He was putting in the extra time, though there was no doubt that there was someone else walking down the corridor. Lifting his head out of his hands he looked at the crack underneath the door, obviously he couldnt see anything as all the lanterns on the corridor had been put out. He put his hand on his wand on his desk, narrowing his eyes, looking at the door to see who would come in... If anyone.
