Ash yawned as he pulled the covers tighter around him, turning out his light he quickly fell asleep, unfortunately this was not to last... Ash frowned as he felt something cold beneath his feet. Last time he'd checked his feet had been under the covers! Maybe they were sticking out? No... it felt like... they were on the floor. But... how could that be? Why haven't I opened my eyes? he wondered. He quickly recieved his answer as he felt his forehead bump into something. Eyes snapping open, he looked around. "What the..." He was on the first floor! Near the Great Hall! "What am I doing here..." then it dawned on him, "Oh crap! I must've been sleepwalking again! "I'll never stay awake in class if this keeps happening!" he groaned. Turning around, Ash started to walk back towards his common room, unfortunately, he was only on the second floor, when he fell asleep again...

Felicity rolled, and found that the motion rolled her off of her bed. She landed with a thump on the floor, and a groan followed after. "Ow." The other girls in her room did not stir. God they could sleep through a storm.
She stumbled down to the common room and saw someone just leaving through the opening. Curious, she followed after, sneaking silently through the hole. Her footsteps barely made a sound as she sneaked after this unknown person. Oh this was getting ridikulous, where were they going?
Only after a few more minutes, did the person talk. Ashton? What was he doing? He seemed to have started climbing the stairs again. Fay, worried he would trip or osmething and hurt his arm again, ran to catch up with him. She touched his arm lightly. "Ash, what're you doing down here?" Felicity whispered urgently, sneaking a glance around.

Ash heard a voice calling his name. But where was it coming from? Yawning, he gave a sleepy little sigh, thinking he was still in bed asleep. The voice persisted, and he mumbled irritatedly, "Leave me alone and let me sleep!"
((okay... so obviously, ashy is still asleep. oh dear...))

Felicity blinked, and shook her head. She was too tired for this nonsense. "Ash, come on. We need to get back to the common room before someone catches us and we get in big trouble." Fay glanced around the hall again and quickened her pace, dragging Ash somewhat with her.
This boy was insane, leaving the common room like this. Well, she did too, but that wasn't really the topic at this point. "You're freaking insane you know that? Wandering around at night. If Bray heard about this he'd freak. You and your late night wandering sessions." Fay was muttering to herself by this point, ticked off by Ash's lack of common sense.

((um Ally? Ashy's sleepwalking? He doesn't exactly know what's going on...))
A voice jerked Ash out of his slumber. His eyes flew open and he looked around to see Felicity. "Wh- where are we?" he asked with confusion.

(( I know that xD But Fay didn't :3 ))
Felicity looked back at Ash, clearly peeved. "We are wandering the castle because you decided to take a Midnight stroll. So I'm here to rescue you from whatever person comes to find us." She turned back to walking up the stairs. Fay would've stomped, but that would've woken people up. Bad idea.
"Just had to walk around the freaking castle at night. And I just had to follow! Ug, stupid curiosity. I swear some day that is going to get me into so much trouble." She was muttering to herself by now, still ticked. This was usually what Fay was like when she didn't get enough sleep, or woke up too early. A scary sight indeed.

Ash blinked in confusion. "Huh? I didn't just decide to walk out of bed. I woke up and found myself here!" He frowned thoughtfully trying to figure out why that was... "Oh great! I must've been sleepwalking again! I seem to be doing that lately." He turned to Fay, "Fay, can you do me a favor? Next time you catch me wandering out of the common room, I'll probably be sleepwalking. So just make sure I don't wander off anywhere. Okay?"

Maeve was walking around the corner, singing lightly to herself when she heard two voices talking in the next corridor. She recognized one as Ashton and decided to go and see him for a bit. She turned the corner right when she heard him suggest to the girl to not let him wander. Laughing, Maeve added, "Or you could. You get a lot of entertainment out of it when that happens. One time, he decided to go outside in the snow." she grinned. "You should have seen it! He came in freezing the next morning and glared at me after I told him I watched him make a snow bed."

Ash fixed Maeve with a venomous glare, then turned back to Fay. "Fay? Pay no attention to the rambling, lunatic Slytherin. She is merely a figment of your imagination." He yawned, "Alright, let's go before I fall asleep again!"

"Of course you couldn't have warned me at all that you were a sleepwalker. Maybe then I wouldn't have freaked so much. But no..." Felicity was grumbling again, still ticked off at Ash for wandering around at night.
A slytherin seemed to have joined them. Fay glanced to her, then went back to walking up the stairs. "All of you are bloomin' insane. All I want is a nice quiet night, one where I actually sleep. But now I have a Slytherin up wandering and you-" Felicity fixed a glare on Ash. "Getting lost and sleepwalking."

Ash held up his hands, "Hey, Fay chill. Maeve's a friend. She's not like the other Slytherin's. And um, the sleepwalking? Kinda hard to warn you if I'm asleep. That's why it's called sleepwalking?"

Maeve bit back a laugh as Ash made his statement about her being a figment of the imagination. "Ash, who in the world would come up with me as a figment? That person must be mentally deranged, or insanely bored."
She looked around when the girl said something of someone wandering. Looking behind her for another Slytherin, she didn't see anyone and pointed to herself. "Me? Wandering? I don't not wander. I aimlessly walk through the corridors." she grinned.
"He's right, you know. Can't come across a Slytherin like me everyday! Unless you're friends with me. But then you become like Ashton and and sleepwalk through the corridors at night trying to find me to kill me because of my annoying awful timing and joking." she grinned again. Where did all these jokes come from that she was saying now?

"I meant before you started sleepwalking Ash." Felicity cleared another set of stairs, so she started up another one. Stupid sleepwalking people. Getting lost in the school in the middle of the night, what if a teacher found them?
"I'm not insulting the Slytherin in anyway. I'm just grumpy because I shouldn't be up at this hour." Truthfully, she had probably been up past this for the past several nights, but she wasn't going to admit that to Ash. He'd just start worrying again.
"I'm Felicity Locke by the way. Probably not the best first impression I've given but eh, I'm tired and grumpy. Can't blame me now can you?"

Ash laughed and shook his head. "You two are so weird." He turned to Maeve, "And I'm not the lunatic. You are." He yawned slightly, "Okay, I'm starting to fall asleep again, so let's get out of here." Ash started down the corridor, they had made it halfway to the third floor, when he yawned and felt himself starting to fall asleep again. No! Do not fall asleep again! he scolded himself. But did his body listen? Of course not, before long Ash felt himself being pulled into the comforting realm of sleep. His sapphire eyes glazed over, giving him the look of one staring blankly into space. He continued walking, not realizing that he was walking straight towards a ministry official...

Little of occurence ever happened during daylight hours, Rogues were in hiding it was at night when they ambushed the Ministry, attacking the patrols and causing all sorts of havoc, usually Chloe would have been dealing with such circumstances; tonight she had pulled the short straw and got corridor duty. To her mind the Magical Law Enforcement Squad should be employed to better use; bringing criminals to justice not sending grumpy students back to their beds. They were only looking for excitement usually, sometimes dared to dodge the Ministry officials, it wasn't exactly difficult, and set foot in the forest. Back in her day the Ministry hadn't been there and eluding teachers and prefects had been a piece of cake, but she'd ventured into the forest for a reason, not simple boredom, to test her mettle and prove her worth, and look where she was now, in the fabled Magical Law Enforcement squad.
Her ambitions were being fulfilled, something she had always been keen on managing in life. Yet patrolling the corridors for bored students looking for a fun time wasn't in the job description, of course she'd just have to think outside of the box.
Dispensing with her heels she wore soft soled shoes, just so she could walk about in peace and tranquility without the ringing of heels upon the cobbles, coming up on pupils without their being aware of her presence was just an added bonus. Rounding the corner on hearing the whispered voices Chloe stood with hands on hips and looked at the trio with a raised eyebrow, "wandering the corridors at night, you know the penalty so why do it?" She asked simply, "why not give me your best excuse, I like hearing them." With the merest hint of a smile Chloe watched the three with keen eyes, it would always be amusing if they tried running.
