Ashton sighed as he finished the letter, he read over it to make sure everything was in order....
Fay, Please meet me in the Courtyard as soon as you get this letter. I really need to talk to you. I'm not going to beg you to be my friend, although it would be nice. I only want to talk, there's things I need to tell you. Please, come
Ash
Ash folded the letter and placed it into an enevelope. Turning towards the direction of the owlery, he whistled. Soon, a speck of white appeared. It came closer, and closer until one could see that it was a large, gorgeous snowy owl. Ash smiled as the bird landed. "Hello Aph, can you take this to Fay for me?" he asked, stroking the bird's feathers. Aphrodite hooted softly, nipping at his finger. She spread her wings and flew off. Ash stared after her, then sat down to wait, hoping that Fay would show up...

It was rather frightening - she had to admit - to have a white snowy owl hunt you down and drop a letter on your head while you were walking around outside. Fay had just been walking outside, minding her own business, when the owl decided to swoop down on her and drop a letter on her head. Needless to say, it scared Fay just a tad bit.
It was from Ash, which was surprising. She hadn't really talked to him, only seen him a few times. Yet, he still wanted to talk to her. Was he still this attatched to her? Felicity couldn't quite understand how anyone could become attatched to her in any way, but it seemed to happen.
Deciding to actually be civil toward the boy, she made her way over to the courtyard. Fay's hands were shoved into her coat pockets and the wind blew her hair away from her face. Her cheeks were slightly flushed from the cold, but who's weren't? As she neared, she saw Ash sitting on one of the benches, alone.
Felicity sat down on the bench across from him and leaned her elbows on her knees. "What do you want to talk about Ash?" Bray would probably kill her for giving in, but the Claw in front of her was looking rather..frightened?

Ash looked up and gave a small smile. "You came." he said, with slight surprise. He sighed, "First off, I'm not here to beg you to be friends with me, although that is what I want, I won't pressure you." He grew quiet for a moment, looking down at the ground, then looked up at Fay, "Do you remember when we first met? When you tried out for the Quidditch team, remember how we became friends almost instantly? We used to do everything together. And even when we fought, it was never so bad, that 'sorry' wasn't good enough. Do you remember those days? Because I do, and although what I want more than anything is for things to be that way again, I know they can't. Not right away at least. I know I have to earn your trust again, and I will do anything to do that. Just tell me what I have to do, and I swear i will do it." He looked into Fay's eyes, "You were my first real friend here, and I don't want to lose that, I need you Fay."

"Yes well, I'm not always moody. It just seems to happening a lot recently."
Felicity leaned back on the bench and tilted her head back. She shut her eyes for a moment, just listening to Ash talk. "I remember. You didn't believe me when I told you I wanted to try out for beater." A small smile crossed her lips at the memory. Ah, the good old days.
But, Ash still had that attatchment. It was like, she was a drug for him or something. With a small sigh, she looked back over to him. "I don't know. I can't you to do specific things." She shook her head. "You know me. Just..don't do what you did before." Whenever she spoke to Ash, she always felt exposed in some way. He always focused on feelings, and she wasn't quite used to spilling on anyone except Bray.
"But, I don't think that's the only reason you wanted to talk. Is something going on with you?"

Ash laughed, "Yeah, I remember. For some reason, you looked to be more of a Chaser. Don't know why. I'm weird like that." he said with a laugh, sticking his tongue out playfully. He nodded, "I know you can't ask me to do specific things, but I just want to know, will we ever be friends again?"
He sighed, "And yes, there is another reason why I wanted to talk. When I was a fourth year at Beauxbatons, there was this boy, Adam Grier. We kissed one time, and ever since he's been obsessed with me. He would follow me in the halls, and harrass me. That's the main reason I left. Well now, he's here. He's tracked me down, and basically taken his obsession to a whole new level." He sighed, running a hand through his hair, "He found me sitting by the lake the other day, and started going off into a rant about how I belonged to him, and that I wasn't marrying Cris. I got pissed and basically told him to screw off. That was the wrong thing to say!"
Ash stopped, and took a breath to calm himself, "He pinned me against a tree, and started kissing me. His hands were under my shirt, when Polaris and Laney showed up, he told them to stay out of it, but then Kitty showed up, and started firing jinxes at him, and he left. But not before promising that he wasn't done with me yet." His voice was soft, and held a hint of fear
Ash sighed, shoulders slumping, "I guess the reason I'm telling you all this is because, it's what I would have done if we were still friends, and even if you don't nessecarily view me as a friend, I still see you as one. I always have. I've never stopped seing you as a friend, a friend who's seriously pissed at me, but a friend nonetheless. And also, because... I'm scared, and I don't know who else to to turn to..."

"Well, I do have long arms. Good for throwing perhaps?" Felicity grinned and stretched out her arms while wiggling her fingers. She was too happy with her beater position to give it up though. Plus, how else was she supposed to have an excuse to hit Bray with the bludger during practice?
Fay blinked as Ash suddenly had a change of emotion. He look frightened, by whoever this stalker dude was. He didn't meet her gaze as he told the story, which only escaladed her worries. Even if they weren't as close as before, this was still unacceptable. Her teeth clenched instantly and hands curled into fists on her lap. She wouldn't wish this on him, or anyone for that matter.
Stalking, now that was a frightening thing. In Fay's younger years, her and her mother had experienced this before. But, it was with a muggle man. The Muggles somehow found their veela charms much more potent, and one man was driven to obsession over her mother. It was frightening, the feeling that he was always watching. Always following. Always listening. She could sympathize with Ash.
It was like old times, when Ash would get into trouble, or become frightened. He would come to Fay and she would take care of it. She sighed lightly and rubbed her eyes. "I can't fix everything Ash. But..I know this must be frightening. So, I'll help."

A faint smile crossed his face, "Thanks. I know you can't fix everything, I'm just glad you can help." He sighed and looked at Fay, "So...how are we going to deal with this?"

It was strange to think that Ash hadn't smiled at her in a while. She returned it after a moment. Well, at least she was finally doing something right. It felt like the old times, them sitting there and laughing at whatever happened that day. Her stomach twisted at the memory and she shook her head.
"Well, for starters, try to avoid him as much as possible. If he does find you, just ignore him. The more you edge him on, the more likely he will do something crazy." She paused for a moment, pursing him lips. "If those don't work, try to call me somehow. Most likely I'll be somewhere near by, because we have a lot of classes together."

Ash sighed and looked away. He looked back, his expression serious, "Avoiding him isn't going to be easy. He's also in Ravenclaw. How he manged that, I have no clue. He's better suited for Slytherin! Or better yet, the lowest levels of Hell!"
