Maxi grinned as Fay seemed to study his face, he never said he wasnt leaving, but he never said he was either. "We'll just see what next year brings eh?" He smiled at her, he wasnt going to leave anyway without sorting a few things out.
He put his hand on her arm and squoze it, "Of course not" He smiled, "What sort of friend do you think I am?" He smiled at her and let her arm go, sighing he continued, "Its your secret to tell people Fay not mine, so dont worry I'm not going to run around the common room going Fay Lockes a Veela, men watch yourselves!" He laughed as he said this, trying to make the subject light, "Plus I know you're not the kind to go around charming people, dont worry, your secrets safe with me"
"Well people who dont properly understand that side of you will think its artificial" Maxi spoke soft as he looked at her, "But i know your not, for lack of a better word and i apologize, desperate enough to charm someone deliberatly" He smiled, or at least he tried to, though that sentance had just confused the living daylights out of the blonde and he was trying to figure it out in his head.
"I do not understand your logic" Maxi laughed, "How does talking about veela's bring us to me?" He smirked as he looked at her, "I mean yeah, I may be the male equivalent, gorgoeusly handsome, frightfully smart and good with words, a charmer. But I am not a veela" He grinned stupidly, making jokes was something he hadnt done for a while though he shook his little blonde head, "What would I have to tell you anyway?"

Felicity nodded slightly and turned her face away from him again. Hiding her wince most likely. Scott was leaving this year, and neither of them were sure if he could stay at school again.
She laughed in response to Maxi's little joke. Fay clutched her sides as she tried to gasp for air. "Don't do that! I think I busted a lung." Felicity straightened up after a while, still giggingly slightly under her breath.
Fay gave Maxi a small grin. "Thanks." She gave a small sigh and leaned back on the bench. "I guess I second guess myself too much. I worry myself too much." Felicity tilted her head up toward the sky. "I guess it's because I find it hard to believe that people can actually be comfortable with me. Or even say that they like me."
She flicked her gaze back to Maxi. "And, it comes back to you because when Ash was sleep walking he mumbled something about you. And he's been acting weird lately. Bray doesn't have anything do with it, and I don't, and his dad doesn't. So I've limited my choices down to you."

Maxi raised an eyebrow as she looked away, something wasnt right and he knew it. Like a possesive friend, Maxi went closer to her and hugged her, he had no idea why but he felt like she needed a hug, and Maxi did give really good cuddles.
Maxi smiled, he always joked about serious things and always managed to make a bad situation funny. "Oh im sorry, didnt mean to make you bust a lung" He laughed with a poke to her side, knowing she was still giggling.
"Your welcome," He said returing her grin and putting his hand in his hair, ruffling it a bit, "Worrying's not good for the heart you know" He smiled at her. "I'm comfy with you, and guys have this warped thing where they're scared of rejection, half the time a guy wont tell you how they feel"
"What did he say?" He asked, looking down at the grass as though it was the most interesting thing in the world, chewing his bottom lip. Maxi knew what was going on, and she was right it was because of him, however he didnt want her thinking he was evil, he didnt want her thinking he liked messing Ash up, cause he didnt.

Felicity let out a small squeak as Maxi hugged her. "You're lucky you're my friend otherwise I wouldn't tolerate such things." She stuck her tongue out at him and flicked his nose.
"Dont!" Fay squeaked as he poked her side. She swatted away his hands and hugged her sides protectively. "I'm really ticklish, don't do that."
She pouted as Maxi ruffled her hair, messing it up again. "Yea, yea, so I'm told." Fay swatted his hands away from her head. "But that's why I have my chocolate stash. It's good for your soul."
Felicity judged Maxi's expression with a quizzical gaze. "Nothing of consequence." She tilted her head so she was back in Maxi's line of vision. Fay glanced down at the grass, then back up at Maxi. "Whatever's down there can't be more interesting than me. I'm hurt Maxi." Felicity placed her hand on her heart and shook her head.
All kidding aside, she grinned back at Maxi. "It's not really my business what you guys do. By all means just yell at me to get lost if you don't want me prying." Fay held up her hands. "But, just so you know, you both are my friends, and I don't choose sides. Whatever happens, I'll still like you both the same."

"Blah!" Maxi said squeezing her tighter, "Ya know you love my hugs!" Though he shyed back and clapped a hand over his nose when she flicked it, "That was uncalled for!"
"Oh are you?" With that, Maxi jumped on her, poking her sides and laughing, she shouldnt have told him she was ticklish. He laughed again and let her get up, "Should have told me that"
Maxi sighed and ran a hand through his own hair, this was turning out to be just a play about. "Chocolate? Maybe, but it gives you spots and makes you fat and has cabbage in it"
"Alright alright!" He sighed holding his hands up, "Im guilty!"
He laughed and looked back at her, "I kinda told him that I want to give it another try with us" He sighed and looked away, "He wasnt as enthusiastic as me though, he yelled. A lot. Stuck his wand in my chest, dont blame him really. I would have hexed me," He gave a nervous laugh, "I mess him up, dont i?"
((Sucky, sorry))

Felicity squeeled and writhed in his grasp. "Too much hugging! It burrnnnsss!" Once he released her she turned a playful glare on him. "And your hugs were the ones that were uncalled for Mister."
Fay let out a shriek and clutched her sides. She was laughing so hard that her sides hurt. "Stop! Stop! Can't. Breath!" Felicity managed to gasp out while trying to stop her fit of giggles.
She grinned at him. "See? I can make you smile. I like it better when you smile anyway."
Felicity started to frown though when Maxi continued his story. Well, Ash was prone to overreact, he was heartbroken over it. She shook her head and let out a snort. "Bad for him? Hardly." Fay held up a finger to cut off whatever Maxi was about to say in a retort. "Let me finish."
"Ash was really happy when he was with you, and it showed, a lot. When you left, he changed. He would still smile and stuff for us, but it wasn't the same." Felicity pursed her lips thoughtfully. "I know I tried to fix whatever was wrong. But I can't."
Fay nodded slightly. "He still likes you, I know it. But, Ash is afraid of taking big leaps like this." She shrugged. "But I think you can help him. And, if not, well, gave it our best go eh?" Felicity grinned back at Maxi.
