Felicity sighed and plopped down on one of the benches near the fountain and tilted her head back. It was Saturday morning, meaning she had no classes. And really, she didn't have much to do either. Maybe this would be a good time to sit and think, and collect her thoughts. Yea, that'd be good.
So much had happened over the course of the school year, and Felicity could barely handle all of this nonsense. All of her friends seemed on edge too. But, her mother seemed excited as ever to see the school year ending. That meant she could go on her expensive vacation off to Paris or wherever she was going this time. That meant for Fay a nice quiet house.
Fay let out a large grown and leaned back against the bench. "Life should come with an instruction manual or something. Don't do this, here's how to fix this." She was talking to herself now, but she didn't really care. Felicity was stressed, she earned a little insanity.
The veela still had yet to tell her friends of Scott. She let a little slip to Maxi, but he didn't press for information, so she was fine with him. But Bray would probably explode on her or something for not telling him sooner. And her mom just about ran over to the school to congradulate her. Fay plopped her bag on her lap and took out her new sketchbook. Ash still had that wacko idea that someone would buy her pictures, and was still going around with her sketchbook getting signatures.
Felicity tapped her chin with her pencil, thinking. There were too many things on her mind for her to pick one thing to draw. huh, maybe inspiration would strike or something.

((Mind if i jump in?))
It had been a rather testy day, Max had not been allowed to hand in his prefect title, it was too close to terms end apparently. So instead he still had to deduct points, and so far he had taken a fair few. Mainly off a bunch of idiotic Slytherin first years, still Max had made them tremble which he was happy about.
Maxi had just about enough of these first years who thought they owned the school and just about everybody in it. "God help you lot in Vance's class if you behave like this" He scolded some people. Though they just looked confused and Maxi couldnt be bothered explaining what Vance was like.
He needed out, he needed out now. He headed outside, away from the drone of the castle, he had hated this year, it had been awfully stressful for the Gryffindor. He didnt know how things had gotten so bad, but finally things were straightening themselves out again.
As he made his way across the courtyard he spied Felicity with her sketchpad open, walking over to her he gave her a huge smile before saying, "Want me to pose?"

(( Not at all :) ))
Felicity frowned, her brow furrowing. "Butterfly? No, too easy. Flower? Naw, too many. The lake? Nope, done it too many times." She glanced over to the fountain, then shook her head. "Done it already."
Maxi had come over while Fay was still grumbling to herself. She glanced up at him, only really hearing the word pose? "Hmm?" Felicity blinked for a moment, her mind seemed to have gone blank for a moment. Lack of sleep maybe?
"Oh Maxi! It's you!" She jumped up from her spot, and her sketchbook clattered to the ground. "Sorry, I'm kind of spacey today, first I thoght you were a cloud or something." Fay rubbed her eyes and bent down to pick up her sketchpad. "Or a figment of my imagination." She flipped the book onto the bench.
"Naw, I don't need you to pose. I can concentrate enough to draw anyway." Felicity plopped back down on the bench and patted the spot next to her. "Pop a squat my friend."

She seemed not to have noticed Max was there as he listened to her mumble on about what to draw, his grin suddenly widening as she seemed to say no to each one of her own ideas. Max raised an eyebrow as Fay looked at him, but at the same time she didnt see him. He gave a small sigh as he waved his hand infront of her spaced out gaze, "Helloo, Earth to Fay"
Maxi had to jump back when she jumped up and he almost lost his footing. "Yes, well done! Its me!" He laughed as he watched her sketchpad fall to the ground, "Believe it or not Fay, but I kinda noticed, however, unless im extreamly fluffly or have a habit of creeping into your imaginations, I am neither of the two"
Maxi sat down next to her as he watched the other students take grass seats or lay down. "So what's the matter?" He asked her as he returned his attention back to the Ravenclaw, "Why you so spaced out today, It's not like you"

Felicity grinned sheepishly. "I'm sorry. My mind's everywhere but here Maxi." She rolled her eyes at him and snorted. "And I know you're not either of them now. And you could be really fluffy is you wanted. Get a towel or something and when your hair is wet rub it really fast so it gets all staticy and poofy."
She shoved her sketchbook back into her bag and flicked the pencil in there as well. "I'm crazy everyday Maxi. Gosh, pay more attention." Fay grinned back at him, before going back to shuffling in her bag.
"It's been a mixture of things. Some, you probably wouldn't understand, and others I'm not sure if I should tell you." Felicity pursed her lips and frowned. "Where is it?"

"Again I say I noticed" He replied as he stretched backwards. "Imagine a Maxi with a fluffy hairdo. It will never happen, even when I do rub my hair real fast with a towel, it doesnt go fluffy, just straggly and matted" He told her as he looked up to the sky, besides, he didnt know if he wanted fluffy hair.
"I know you're crazy, Fay" he laughed as he glanced out of the corner of his eye at her, "Its part of the reason why I love ya!" He grinned back at her, watching as she shuffled through her bag.
"Im an understanding kind of guy" He spoke lightly as he said this, though Max wasnt one to push to things either, "Well you tell people things if you trust them enough with it." He added with a shrug, he wasnt going to pester her into telling him, he wasnt nosey like that. Instead he would let the matter drop until the time she was ready to tell him. Of course, some people just found it harder to let other people in, others found it easy. Max himself didnt find it easy, but he didnt find it hard either. He just had difficultly trusting.
"Where's what?"

"I'm going to find a spell one day to make hair poofy and when you're not expecting it, I'm going to blast you and take a picture. And, I'll mount it on my wall and keep it forever." Felicity grinned and stuck her tongue out at him.
"Well, when you put it that way, I very well might just spill on you." She shuffled through her bag some more. "I was planning on spilling on Bray, or Ash in the common room at some point, but you found me first." Fay glanced back at Maxi and smirked. "Lucky you right?"
Felicity pulled out her wand and put it behind her ear. "No.." She shuffled a bit more, and grinned. "Ah-ha!" Fay pulled out a bar of chocolate. "I've been craving chocolate all day and I forgot where I put it before. It was in my bottomless bag. Took so long to find." Felicity ripped it open and popped off a piece. "Want some?"

Maxi looked at her wide eyed and put his hands on his hair. He was possessive over his hair, he loved it flat and lifeless. "I shall steal it and burn it" He told her as a mental image of himself with fluffy hair came to mind. "I dont think I'd suit being fluffy"
"By all means, spill away" Maxi told her, "I wasnt trying to pry though" He added as he looked at her. Maxi looked away and gave a slight yawn, he was lacking in the energy department as of late. Too many late nights and early wake up calls will do that to someone.
"Ah-ha?" He questioned as she pulled out a bar of chocolate, "Oh, ah-ha! That was a I found the chocolate ah-ha! Wasnt it?" Maxi laughed as she told him she had been craving it all day, "Most girls bags are bottomless, seriously, a guy can get a huge bag and not fit nearly half the stuff a girl could" He looked at the chocolate and raised an eyebrow, "Is it cabbage free?"

Felicity grinned. "Oh you'd get used to it." She made a face and tugged on her own hair. "You should see my hair when I wake up. Sccaaarrryyy."
"Oh I know, you're not the prying type of person." Felicity popped a piece of chocolate into her mouth and grinned. "And, because of that fact and a few others, I've decided that I trust you." She frowned at the bench and shifted so she was sitting on the floor, and leaning against the bench.
Most of the students had left their spots on the lawn and went back inside, so the area was pretty vacant. That was probably because it was getting close to lunch. "Why would I put cabbage in my chocolate Maxi?"

Maxi kept his hands possessivly on his head, "But I dont wanna get used to it" He moaned, "I like my unfluffyness" He gave her puppy dog eyes that slowly turned to smiling eyes when he began to laugh, "Let me guess, a mangled mess of knots and god knows what. Like most girls" He knew this routine because of his sister Mikaela.
"Well just so we got that fact right" He smiled, "I didnt want you to feel as though I was pushing you to tell me something if you didnt want to, but you can trust me" he gave her a friendly smile, "No matter what" He smiled, he tried to emphasise this as he wanted her to know if she felt like she needed to get something off her chest, or if something had happened she couldnt speak to anyone about, she could trust Max. He wouldnt judge her on anything.
"No no" Maxi said with a laugh, "I didnt mean you putting cabbage into chocolate, no that would be weird" He smiled, "Just I heard that some chocolatiers use more Veg fat that Coco in the chocolate, and since Cabbage is a vegetable, I figured it made sense. Or to me at least..."

Felicity grinned and patted her hair. "It looks like I was struck by a bolt of lightning in my opinion. Maybe I should wear it around school like that one day?"
"Veggie chocolate? Ew. That's weird." Fay wrinkled her nose. "I like the Coco kind. I mean, I know I'm a vegeterian and all, but still, that's weird."
"Well, it's a whole jumble of problems." She glanced at Maxi, sending him an apologetic look. "First off I'm worried about Ash because he's been sleepwalking around the school and he can hurt himself. Next I haven't seen Bradyn much and I'm not sure what he's been getting himself into. The ministry has slowly been taking over the school and I'm starting to feel boxed in." Fay took a breath and continued. "And I can't help but feel that Bray knows something that he won't tell me and I really, really have to tell my friends something but I'm afraid they might freak out on me." Wow, she really was stressed.

"Well that would certainly make an interesting hair do" Max grinned, letting go of his own hair and looking at Fay's, "You might even start a new trend"
"I like real chocolate" Maxi shrugged, "None of this organic or vegetable rubbish. Real, fatty, chocolaty goodness" He smirked, "The kind if you ate too much could make you sick"
"Ash has been sleepwalking?" He asked, worry evident in his voice. Even though the two werent seeing eachother anymore didnt stop Max worrying like hell about the lad. However when she mentioned Bray, Maxi had to keep a straight face. He had a feeling, no, he knew what Bray had been doing. Though Bray had promised Maxi not to say anything to anyone about anything Bray told him, and Maxi never betrayed a friends trust. "Thats happening to everyone" Maxi sighed, The Ministry was taking over and with them, draining all the fun from the place. "Its making a lot of people want to leave, myself included" Of course, Maxi had the opportunity to go back to Durmstrang for his last year, and right now, because of them, he was considering it. At least the Ministry werent there, though he hadnt told anyone about this. The convesation lead back to Bray and what he was supposingly doing. Maxi remained silent, he wasnt going to lie to her, but he wasnt going to tell her either. A promise is a promise and he promised to keep shush. "Why on earth would your friends freak on you?"

Felicity sighed and rested her head back against the bench. "Yea, I caught him a couple nights ago. Some ministry lady caught up with us too." She made a face and rubbed her temples.
Her eyes snapped back open though when Maxi mentioned leaving. "You can't leave! Please don't." Her gaze turned pleading. "If we leave that means we're giving in. Giving up. Please don't let them take over anymore. Every student is another small victory."
"Why wouldn't they freak? Knowing me as they do they would totally freak." Fay sighed. "You probably already know about it though, I let it slip at the lake." She glanced back at him. "Unless you don't remember, in which case I'm not repeating."

"He's going to get himself into some serious trouble one day" Maxi sighed. There was only so much he could do from the watching lines. Maxi was doing little things for Ash that he wouldnt notice, saying that nobody else would either, but that was the way Maxi liked it.
"Whoa" Maxi said looking at her and giving her a warm smile, "I never said I was, I said I was considering it," He tried to give her a reassuring smile, "I dont see it as giving up or whatever, I miss them lot back at Durmstrang, it would be good to see them all again away from a place infested with Ministry people" He sighed, "This place would be great if it wasnt for them"
"Im not dumb" He laughed, of course he knew. He had put two and two together, then of course Bray had come to him with the whole story thing, of course he knew. "Though that doesnt change who you are Fay, its just a part of you" He smiled at her, "Big deal your other half isnt all you would like it to be," He smiled and put his arm around her pulling her into a playful, messing around hug, "But you are who you are, im sure I just said that" He let go and looked to the sky, "Ive completly missed my point... I think"

Felicity searched Maxi's face, making sure he wasn't lying to her. She let out the breath she was holding. "Alright, alright. As long as you're not leaving."
Fay rolled her eyes and groaned. "Of course you found out. You're not gunna run screaming or anything right? I don't charm my friends, so don't worry." She wrinkled her nose. "That'd just be mean and controlling."
"I've gotten over the fact I'm part veela, it's just that when someone actually likes me, well..." She trailed off and pressed her fingers to her forehead. "Sometimes people think it's artificial. But I can usually tell when it is. I'm extra sensitive to those kind of feelings. For obvious reasons."
An idea popped into her head. "Which brings us to you. Do you have something you wanna tell me Maxi?"
