Angelina laughed, "I did not mean it in that way you perv, and you know it!" she said, hitting Jason on the back of the head. "Now hush up!"

She sighed at his words, "I suppose you're right." she admitted. "Still, it would not bode well for me if Mr. Gomez found out."

She tightned her grip on him as he started to climb, ducking her head at his warning, "You don't have to tell me twice!" she replied, head now resting lightly on his shoulder. "I have absolutely no desire to go walking around with a big, red lump on my forehead!"

Jason snickered at her reaction and took the tap to the head with grace. "Oh, and how would he find out? It would be easy just to lie to him and say that the other person themselves was lying. Who would he believe, some stranger or his adopted daughter?" Jasons words rang true, or atleast he hoped they would.

"A big red lump on your forehead, that would suck big time. Haha, I can just picture it now"[/color]

Angelina sighed, "Unfortunately, he would believe the other student." she replied, barely disgusing her scorn. "Carlos and I...we don't exactly have the best relationship. The only reason he took me in, was because he was a family friend, and therefore felt obligated to."

She snickered lightly, "Yeah, that would suck!" she agreed.

"Well, you win some and you lose some. Just hex the hell out of the student." He laughed at his own joke, continuing to climb.

After a while of climbing, the two reached the top of the tree where a thick, leafless branch sprawled out from the trunk. "Here we go." Jason said while letting Angelina down onto the branch. "Just watch your step and you should be fine."[/color]

Angelina snickered slightly, "Thanks, I'll remember that!" she said. Jason set her down, and she held onto the branch to steady herself.

Looking up at the stars, she was amazed. There were so many of them! "Incredible." she whispered softly to herself. A light breeze stirred the leaves, from somewhere came the scent of jasmine and vanilla. Oh wait, that was her perfume! The wind must have stirred up the particles in the air. Angelina leaned back against the tree, the cool wind on her face, gently teasing her curls.

"So, what do you do during the summer?" she asked Jason, while still staring up at the spectacle of stars.

Jason simply leaned up against the trunk while looking up at the stars. "Stay here. No use going home. Or I'll travel around for a while." There wasn't much he really wanted or needed to do over the summer, although he was hoping that would change since it would leave him very bored.

"And you?"[/color]

Angelina shrugged. "Go home, try to stay out of the way. Go out with friends." True, she didn't do much, but hey, what was there to do?

She smiled at Jason, "So, did you have a best friend at Durmstrang?" she asked curiously.

"A best friend?" That was the most wierd question he'd been asked since he had arrived. "No, I didn't. I had casual relationships but nothing more than mere aquantinces. Not really sure why, I just never could get close to anyone I suppose." Jason simply shrugged and returned the smile with his own. "I don't see the need to have a best friend, never understood it."[/color]

Angelina nodded slightly, "Same here." she replied. "Never understood what the point was." she admitted with a shrug.

Angelina shrugged, a small smile tugging at her lips. "I just love the stars. They're so beautiful and mysterious. It seems as if each one holds its own secret."
