Clicket clack, clickety clack. Those were the sounds that could be heard echoing around the empty streets of Hogsmeade Village. It was a wonder where everyone got off to. The day wasn't nice perhaps others chose to stay in. She on the other hand had gone shopping in London and only just returned. She had needed a break and some stress relief for her there was no better way than with a little shopping spree. After she maxed out yet another muggle credit card she decided it best to high tail back. So now she there in the village walking with a purpose. After a good shopping trip she wanted a nice glass of firewhiskey to calm her nerves. She was still wondering how she was going to pay that latest bill.
Maybe in the nice quiet confines of the Three Broomsticks she could figure it out. Pulling open the door she stepped back as loud noises met her ears. Now she knew where most of the village had come to congregate. Shaking her head no she realized that would just not do, but now that she had thought about he firewhiskey she really wanted a glass. Where else left to go? Staring off into the distance she saw the sign for the Hogshead. Vicky didn't typically go in there for some reason she always preferred the three b's. Figuring she better just head back to the school she released the door she had still been holding and made to go.
Taking one step then another she suddenly stopped, she really wanted that drink so she turned and again you could hear clickety clack as she walked some more toward the Hogshead. Her calves began to protest her stiletto's rather high she had been on her feet for hours. She now needed a seat. Reaching and opening that door she was happy to see the place was quite empty. Bad for the owner but good for her. Taking a seat at the bar she waited for the barkeep to take her order, in the mean time she placed her 6 shopping bags down on the ground to the side of her.
