The weather had taken a turn for the worst, and the temperature had dropped significantly. Felicity wrapped her coat closer around her body as she walked. Her hair whipped back, away from her face, as another gust of wind blew by. She half wished that the wind would just up and take her away, far away from here.
These few weeks had been stressful, to say the least, and Fay's patience could only go so far. She had already talked to Laney, and she was the friend that the girl needed at the moment. But, when she went to talk to Ash a few days later, her patience had finally snapped.
Her own outburst had probably spread throughout the school by now, most of the students had witnessed it anyway. To say that she was regretful probably wasn't the right term. Confused was more like it. Angry was another good word. And deeply hurt would definitely be thrown into the bunch.
Felicity pushed open the door to The Three Broomsticks and took a quick glance around. Good, no one she knew was in here. Fay took a table at the back, facing the window, and sat down with a sigh. Someone came over and placed a butterbeer in front of her, even though she didn't ask for one. Perhaps they felt sorry for her, because she looked downright defeated.

Max had been in the Three Broomsticks all day, doing what he had been doing for the past week or so. Drowning his sorrows in here by day, moving onto the Hogs Head by night, it was better than facing things. The beer wasnt helping him, but it made him forget, even if it was only for a little while. He wasnt drunk, considering he had been drinking butterbeers all morning instead which the bartender had commented on.
A gust of wind blew through the pub as Max looked up he saw Fay come in and he quickly ducked his head as though he was hiding from her. He had his hood on his jacket up so she wouldnt have recognised him which was good to say the least. As he looked around to look at her, he saw a look that never appeared on Felicity Locke's face. Hurt, and Defeated. "Another butterbeer please."
Taking a deep breath and composing himself, Max stood up and walked over, plaing the beer infront of her. Maxi had his own emotions running around but she was upset and he didnt care if she didnt want him here, he would always be around for his friends. Maxi had made a few bad choices, he knew that and he was paying the price for it too. There was nothing more he could do than that. "Felicity?" He asked, which was strange as Max never called her Felicity. "You alright?"

Felicity rested her arms on the table, then placed her chin on her arms. She stared wordlessly out the window, trying to sort through all of her thoughts. It was proving to be difficult, seeing as the couple next to her wouldn't stop snogging. Fay stiffened and shifted her chair away from them.
Someone spoke to her, and it took her a moment to register it. She blinked and looked up, seeing Maxi standing near her. Fay moved her gaze to the butterbeer, then back at Maxi. She shook her head after a moment, and turned to look back out the window.
"I'm a horrid person, and I'm not even sorry for it."

"If you're a horrible person then what does that make me?"
Max asked tonelessly as he sat down opposite her, also trying to keep his eyes off the happily snogging couple which wasnt making his thoughts any easier either. Max took a swig of his butterbeer and tried to not think about everything that was going on.
"What's happened?"
((AHHHH... Muse COME BACK TO MEE!))

(( Soda and chocolate always help me xD ))
"A loveable teddy bear."
Felicity mumbled into her arm as she glanced back at him. Fay grabbed her butterbeer and shifted it closer to her. She took a sip of it and then swirled the rest around in the glass. The veela girl sat back in her chair and tilted her head back to looked up at the ceiling.
"You didn't hear about it already? Guess you didn't go to breakfast that day." Fay brushed some of her hair out of her eyes and sighed. She shut her eyes after a moment, and shook her head.
"I'll make a long story short. Ash said something, I got mad and yelled at him and told him to leave me the hell alone." Felicity opened her eyes again to look back at Maxi. She half hoped that he would smack her or something and tell her what to do. She probably deserved it. But, that would be very un-like Maxi.

There were some times when Bradyn found that he could not stand his sisters existence. It seemed to him that at times when she was most needed, Mayella would disappear from the castle completely. 'Out.' Were all the answers he got from people who he asked, and when he went to her room it was empty with a note pinned on the mirror saying 'Get out, Bray. Don't beat up Declan, I will find out.' Hmph, the second part insulted him but mostly he was just upset that the person he always talked to wouldn't be there for him.
Walking towards the Three Broomsticks, Bradyn guessed it would be the first place, and probably one of the few, that he could check to find her. The door squeaked as he pushed it open, and a couple near the door looked a little angry at him ruining the mood for them. He just scoffed angrily and glanced around, though his gaze soon landed on a depressed girl that was nearly completely blocked out by Mr. White Coat. "Oh, great." He muttered, but then faked a smile and moved to sit at one end of the table between them.
Hearing one of the shortest accounts of what happened in the Great Hall possible, Bray raised a brow. Maxi didn't know, what did he ever go back to school now? "Are you still upset over that?" Normally he would've said something along the lines of forget Ash, he's a jerk but Maxi was sitting right there. Even if he wasn't interested in Ash anymore, it wouldn't stop him from being a little upset at cracks made against an ex.

"Yeah cause im so loveable"
Maxi gave a roll of his eyes as he watched her swill her drink around. He gave her a warm kind of smile as he sat infront of her. He was surprised he hadnt seen Ash yet, he was sure he would have something to say about the whole situation going on between them. Even so, Max half wished he would just run into him and get it over with. The other half liked the fact he hadnt yet run into him.
"I dont go to breakfast often," Maxi told her, "I usually come down here and munch in here." Breakfasts just werent his deal right now. There were too many people and too many stares and Max just couldnt be bothered with them or the questions he was bound to get. The rumours had already spread to every corner of the school. Even Rieko knew and he hadnt told her.
"Well Fay" Max smiled as he drunk some of his butterbeer, "We all know Ash can go over the top and be a prat sometimes. Just ignore him, he'll come back to you before you run to him." He gave a shrug, it wasnt nice what Max had said, but it was the truth and Max had decided to be blunt and truthful recently. It was a lot less hassle than dancing around it.
Max was aware of Bray's presence, but like the previous night, Max refrained from speaking to him. Bray just gave off a sense of not wanting Max around so Max didnt want to bother with all the smalltalk if Bray couldnt be bothered with it either.
