Fog. Lara's worst nightmare. No, really. When she was five, she had a nightmare that she was lost in a fit of fog and all her makeup had run down her face. It had scarred Lara, and she had vowed never to go out in the fog ever. However, this outing had been unavoidable.
The day had started with a lovely sunrise, the sky pink and yellow and blue. Lara had risen with the sun, done her usual morning ritual, noticing that she was having a very good hair day, and went down to breakfast. The sunlight shone in from the windows, and had brighten Lara's mood. She had decided to actually go to her potions lesson, which was a huge step for the girl. However, after sitting in the dungeon for a whole lesson, her mood had been somewhat dampened. Lara decided to skip her next class, Herbology, and go even out her tan by the lake.
By the time she had reached the lake, the sun had gone in. A cold wind had started up, which blew Lara's curls. The fog had started to creep toward her from the lake, and Lara decided immediately to get back up to the castle. However, the fog was fast, and soon, Lara was lost in the midst of it.
Trying to see her way up the beach, Lara walked slowly. However, she walked straight into a bolder, banging her knee hard. With an "Oof!" Lara went down on her bottom, and clutched her knee. She groaned. She could feel the scrape. "Great, now I can't wear a skirt for a month." The girl said out loud.
