[Lake] Hard Day

Looks, and sneers were what she seemed to get from some lately. Most of the time she just stuck with Erys or stayed in her room. People didn't seem to like to forget, no she should rephrase that, Slytherins didn't like to forget things. After classes she decided she was in no mood for the common room. Perhaps being outside breathing in the fresh air might lift her spirits a bit. So after she walked out of the Charms class room she veered in the opposite direction and made her way outside.

At first she thought she would go sit somewhere in the courtyard, but there were just too many there Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs eying her suspiciously. They weren't really on her agenda that day but they would never know that. After she sneered at them all she decided that maybe the lake would be free. It was sort of cold out and the water only added to it so maybe others would choose to stay warm.

Her odd thinking seemed to work because there was no one else there but her. Smiling she walked along the lake once to warm herself just a little before she sat down by the lakes edge. The squid lifted its head out of the water as if checking to see who had just appeared Angel watched it fascinated before it lowered its head back into the water. Apparently it had no use for her and she had no use for it. Pulling her knees up under her chin just looking out into nothingness.

Suddenly a shadow appeared at her side and Angel sighed looking up to see who had ruined her quiet reflection.

Walking out in the sun that hardly warmed the air, Dahlia buttoned up her dark green sweater. Her dark hair fell softly on her shoulders, and covered on of her eyes, being to lazy to raise a hand and swipe it out of her way. She sighed. Boredom had taken over yet again. Yet again, the Slytherin was forced to settle for long walks along the beach. Her life was perfect for a personal ad.

Walking down the lawn toward the lake, and figured she would go to the place she usually went. It was close by to where the squid hung out. It was the only thing that was ever interesting down there, watching the squid pop a giant eye out every once and a while. Sad really.

Dahlia walked along the rocky shore to her spot. She rounded the corner and stepped around a bush. She stopped and groaned. She saw a figure in the distance. From here she couldn't really tell who it was. Maybe it was someone interesting, though she highly doubted that. However, she walked forward until she got a good look at the person. Seeing them, she groaned even louder.

It was Angel. The Slytherin Dahlia had falsely accused of being a traitor. dahlia would admit to herself that she may have jumped to conclusions, but it was a very logical conclusion, and she would never admit it to anyone else.

Dahlia looked around and seeing that no one else was around, she ventured over to the girl. Maybe they could come to an understanding, an understanding in which Dahlia didn't have to admit being wrong.

Standing about the other Slytherin, Dahlia put her hands on her hips. "Well, well." She said, her dark eye embedding in the back of the girl's head. "Not attach to some traitors face?"
