Bree stood back and listened to the Ravenclaw speak, a grin on her face. It was always wonderful to hear the students taking an interest and Felicity certainly was. "Not at all," Bree said, reassuringly, "quite the opposite in fact. That is precisely the kind of input I want from you. 7 points to you for that." Bree liked giving points for initiative. She shifted her weight and stood up straight so she could, with ease, look from Miss Locke to the kneazle.
"They are, in fact, highly intelligent creature, Miss Locke," Bree said, gesticulating and concentrating solely on her as she was the one who seemed interested. "Highly intelligent. And, by nature, they are highly curious and aware of its surroundings. He my not understand what we are saying but -" she looked to the kneazle "-that we are talking about him he does understand. Perception of danger, indeed, take 3 more points for pointing that out. People keep kneazles as pets to utilise they're perception of danger and peoples intentions. Like horses and dogs, kneazles are bread to make money because they're skills are so magnificent."
Bree smiled at the kneazle, Charleston, who simply blinked his big eyes at her. Looking back to the Ravenclaw, Brianna said, with a big smile, "well done." She contemplated for a moment to move on but turned back to the girl. "Anything else?"

It was such a simple task a name, all she wanted was a bloody name and Alexis couldn't think of a good one. The points could have been hers if she had just stopped being shy at that moment and let herself answer. Her mood suddenly shifted and her smile was gone. Now the class didn't seem as interesting, though she knew that she was being silly. As the professor started once more, Alexis tried not to be such a brat and listen to the woman, though she was finding it harder and hardr.
She beagn to look at the kneazle noting or at least trying to note just what the professor was speaking of. Noting some in her notebook she watched as the pofessor spoke to Felicity.

Looking around the class expectantly, Bree nodded. No one else seemed to be inclined to ask any questions so with a little sigh. Bree walked behind her desk. Charleston flicked his tail lazily, hardly showing he knew she was there. The Professor pulled open a draw and Charleston lifted his head and looked at her with his big dark eyes. Bree looked at him as she reached into the draw. "This isn't for you," she said to him as the kneazle made to get up but upon hearing her words he lay back down, lazy little thing.
Out of the desk came a pack of papers. Tucking them in her arm, Bree walked to the front of her desk. "This is your assignment," she said, with a smile around the class. "Ms Rook doesn't have to do this but the rest of you, on my desk before the start of next lesson." She walked down the middle isle and handed stacks to each person sitting on the isle and they passed it to the next and so on. "Don't let the heading fool you," she said, reading it as she spoke, "this isn't the Loch Ness Monster from your fairy tales."
At the back of the class, Bree collected all the extras and walked back to her desk, where Charleston was now looking intently at her. "If you're hungry, Charleston," Bree said, "go on." She waved the papers in her hand for him to go and showing great agility he jumped off the desk and walked slowly towards the door. Bree put the papers on her desk, leaning her hip on it and waved her wand to the door. It opened and she nodded to the class. "My desk, before the lesson begins at the lake. Thank you." She put her wand away and turned around. The class was dismissed.

Ellie had tuned out the class after she had gotten points, which made her smile. She really wasn't being rude, she just wasn't interested. A cat is a cat is a cat, and that was that.
Ellie heard the Professor talking to Fay about the vat and all she got out of the conversation was that the cat was overly smart. Ellie rested her head in her hands. The class seemed to be winding down. It was a rather boring class. Nothing really happened. Ellie perked up. She hadn't gotten hurt. It was the first CoMC class she had ever escaped unscathed!
Ellie perked up at the sound of her name! Scare! She tought. No homework. She smiled at the professor as she heard the words 'dismissed.' Ellie flew out of there like a bat out of hell, yelling as she left. "Later Professor!" and she was gone.
