It had been a while since Aqua had been down this way. She had origionally tried to go to the library but somehow found herself down in the dungeons. How she was supposed to get out was beyond her.
Just before she was about to give up, she heard someone coming down the corridor. She couldn't find anywhere to hide so she stood there hoping it wasn't a professor.
((yuck, but its never gonna get any better for now))

Diego had been wandering the corridors aimlessly with nothing to do. He hadnt had anything to do for a while and decided that a walk might do him good. He had been heading in a direction of... well he didnt actually know but he knew he was in the dungeons. He heard footsteps and wondered who else was down here, "Hello?" he called to the air.
When he turned the corner he nearly walked into a blonde headed girl, muttering all kinds of apologies he smiled at her, "Hiya" he eventually said, "What're you doing down here?"

Aqua jumped when a Gryffindor boy had nearly run into her. She placed her hand over her hear and gave a nervous laugh, "Uh, hi,"she said with a smile, "I-I was headed for the library and ended up here," she answered him. "I forgot the way back to the ground floor so I've been walking aimlessly for maybe a half an hour," she explained.
Aqua leaned back against the wall, "I'm sorry, but I don't think I know you. My name's Aquama-," she paused, "I mean Aqua," she finished. She didn't particually like her birth name. It was long and quite annoing.

"Well you a ways off from there dearie" Diego smiled and moved out of her way, "Its back round that corner and up the stairs on the left. Once you get there you'll be on the ground floor" he told her. Diego knew this place like the back of his hands since he spent so many times wandering aimlessly around here.
"Aquama?" He questioned, "Short for Aquamarine?" he asked with a smile, "Exotic name that is" His accent was a thick cuban one since that was where he was raised he couldnt help it. "Diego" he said, once more with a smile, "Its nice to meet you Aqua, if you want i'll show you the way to the library?"

Aqua blushed and nodded, "Yeah, I figured I was way off. I mean, come on, I'm in the dungeons," she said adding a laugh. She listed to the directions and brought up a finger to stop him. Was it his left, or hers she wondered but decided not to inturrupt him.
When he figured out her real name she laughed, "Yup. Aquamarine. My mother's favorite name," she added shaking her head slightly. When he offered to help her gave a genuine smile, "That would be great, Diego," she finally said.
