Alexine was a bit shocked by the pen she spontaneously got from her Gryffindor neigbour. She gave a strange look to her neigbour, but she was writing. She couldn't see what she was writing because the writing looked a bit scribbly. As she got a paper shoved without the notice of the Professor, she read it. Alexine wrote back with her almost to neat handwriting:
I got it from the Raven boy somewhere over there.By the way; I am Alexine, what's your name?
She pushed the paper along to her neighbour as sneaky as possible.

The paper she had written with her weird handwriting came back with another very neat handwriting on it. She read it. What a pity, she got it from a Ravenclaw boy. She searched for another person in the room from who she could copy his or her brewing. All around her potions were coloured, what to do now? She had forgotten her glasses so if something was written on the bord she couldn't read it. She got certainly points taken if she talked with her neighbour and since it is almost impossible to push papers along, she got a bit desperate. She wrote on the paper as fast as possible, she was bit scared her scratching made to much sound. She wrote:
I am Lena, but my friends call me Lenny if you get this paper make sure Vance can't see it!
She shove the paper back to Alexine again very very sneaky.

Alexine got the paper back, again this special scribbly handwriting. Her neighbour got a name. Lena, Lena ... she had no surname but this didn't matter. Alexine had read the paper as quick as possible.Alexine mad as quiet as possible a lump from it. She hoped professor Vance had noticed it. She was looking for a bin to throw this lump of paper in. She couldn't find one. She reached for her bag and she put the lump in it. She turned to Lena and smiled from exciteness.

Naruto sighed out loud.
"You can't sleep in this class." Ramen told her laughing at her expense.
"Shut up idiot." Naruto grumbled putting her head back down on the desk. She closed her eyes for a bit but did not fall asleep again. She was still listening just not watching.

Mike looked at his highly distainful class full of people who quite blatently did not want to be here. Either one said, he wasnt sure he wanted half of them here either, sighing he spoke, "Next lesson, if you are going to, one, speak out of turn, two, sleep, or three, pass notes around when you think i wouldnt see them. Do not bother turning up, do i make myself perfectly clear?" Vance looked at the Hufflepuff who once more did not seem to pay attention, he walked over to her and stood infront of her desk, "Right. So now you think that you are too good to pay attention or something miss?" He asked in his cold voice, "Do you think you could teach this class better, or is it that you just think you know everything and see it pointless to pay attention. Detenion, Saturday night, 7 o clock" He looked around the class, "As for the rest of you, next time do not bother turning up if you do not want to be here for i have no patience with time wasters. Dismissed"
The class had failed dismally and Mike could no longer tolerate such incolence and decided furthermore to end the lesson.

Sarie sighed and left the classroom. She was rather sad that Vance had never answered her question but it would have to wait. Vance wasn't usually this bad or he wasn't to her. Maybe that was it. She would show up for the next class ready to go. She hoped he would be in a better mood. She looked back at the class room and headed for to her tower till it was time for the next lesson.

'Major tude...' Naruto thought looking up at the man.
"I know for a fact that I can NOT teach this class in the least. I don't see why you must rub it in. I know I am not as intelligent as others but I am paying attention despite what you may believe. Perhaps it would be in both our best interests for me to leave." Naruto sighed after saying that gathering up her things lazily. 'Not my fault I haven't the energy for anything let alone classes. None of my old teachers minded. Maybe public schooling was a very poor decision on my part. It is clear none will have the patience to deal with my chronic fatigue. Besides I'm not stupid and if he intends to make an example of me I know I will not know the answers. Oh well...' Naruto thought to herself turning to leave the room.
"You'll make him mad you know." Ramen whispered from inside her bag.
"It hardly matters now as he is angry already. Shut up and don't move." Naruto whispered back to him.

Cecil was in an irritable mood the morning of his first potions lesson. he had to run so as not to be late for the lesson after he had been unable to find the books he needed, then dropped his equipment after almost tripping over mrs norris on his way to the dungeons. Relieved to arrive on time, he composed himself and walked into the already packed classroom. he looked over at the teachers desk to see forty vials of this brown potion that looked oddly familiar. realising what it was, he thought to himself "i'm glad i was on time, this is going to be very interesting indeed..."
