Lazy. That's all Caitlin felt these days. That was lazy. She lazily floated around the castle, lazily smiled at students who knew her or knew what she could do, lazily chased Peeves away to no avail of course. Lazy was not good for a ghost. Eternally getting trapped in a lazy downward spin would mean that in four centauries time she would be so lazy she would be floating with only her shoulders showing about the corridor floor.
No! she thought on Friday afternoon. "No! No more laziness, no more grumpiness, no more, no more, no more!" Caitlin could often be seen rebuking herself and as she floated around the dungeons her voice echoed in the halls. She didn't care. The days when her words could be used against her were long past, died when she did. With renewed vigour and 'life', Caitlin floated with more purpose looking for someone, anyone, living or dead, to talk to.

Erika walked along in the darkness of the dungeons, she had finally escaped to her sanctuary and was now trying to decide what to do. She sighed as she looked around her and observed the dusty floors, and cobweb filled corners. The dungeons were dismal, it was true. But they also offered some sort of peace for her. Her acute hearing picked up on the sound of someone walking? No, floating nearby. She walked forward and came across a ghost. "Hi there." She greeted the ghost shyly, not sure if she should leave or stay and talk.

Devoid of life, much as she was, the empty corridors of the Dungeon offered little sympathy of Caitlin's dilemma. She wanted life, even Slytherin life would do. But the cruel sense of humour that this castle suffered was not gracious enough to give it to her. She sighed heavily and continued on her way around the Dungeons.
It seemed for some time, whether long or short Caitlin had no perception on that matter, it seemed no one was in the castle. "Almost holidays," she said, "maybe I've missed it already?" But when a voice piped up, Caitlin had her answer. She turned around slowly to see an unusual sight. A Gryffindor in the Dungeons. Saying nothing of that matter, Caitlin bowed her head slightly. "Hello," she said solemnly. Though she said nothing else, she gazed with droopy eyes at the Gryffindor expectantly.

Erika smiled hesitantly. "Are you alright? You seem sort of down at the moment." She bit her lip nervously, drawing the tiniest amount of blood. "I'm Erika. Erika McCallister." She said as she licked the blood away from her lip.

Caitlin glowered at the Gryffindor in front of her. Who was she to be the judge of Caitlin Lily Dorace MacGrimm's mood? Caitlin looked the girl up and down for a moment, contemplating going through the girl to give her a piece of her bad mood. But as the girl was being nice to her, Caitlin thought it may be taken badly and thought batter of it.
"Caitlin MacGrimm," Caitlin said solemnly. She ignored the first question as she could do. Being a ghost she didn't care much for the feelings of others and if by some chance this girl's feelings did get hurt by her it would do little to Lin or her day or her mood. Seeing the need to make some sort of conversation, Caitlin said, "what are you doing down here on a sunny day like today?"

Erika shrugged. "Just needed to be alone. Plus I'm not too fond of the sun anyway. I mean, it won't kill me but still, I'd rather stay out of it. Too hot, too bright."

Caitlin hovered up and down on the same spot a foot off the ground. It didn't seem to bother many people but it did help her in some cases, like when she was trying to see over a crowd. Her being a tall slender woman also ads us.
"Pity," Caitlin said, and she went a foot and a half higher up. "i could leave, you know?" She's not one to give their word and then go back on it. It's like late and we're still wait . There was mound. and one of the guys brought a table with refreshing.
