Belle hadnt really ventured far, she had never explored the corridors nor done anything remotely fun apart from attend a party once. Even then she found herself stood in a corner with her sister not interacting with anyone. Though, that party had almost turned into a disaster, she was sure her brother wouldnt be trying that again any time soon.
Walking past all the portraits who were jibbering about the olden days to one another, Belle laughed a little. Hearing about the portraits grand adventures when they were alive was a little strange for she never really thought of them as being alive. She smiled as she continued to walk down the portrait infested corridors not really doing anything, just walking.

Today was sorta a lazy day for Bry. It was raining outside and she didn't care for the rain that much so she was stuck wandering the corridors of the castle in a sort of daze. She found herself counting the steps she took as she walked each hall and decided to randomly talk to the next person she ran into.
She rounded a corner and spotted a Ravenclaw girl. She seemed a little younger than Bry but she didn't care. She stuck her hands in her jeans' pockets and approached her. "Hey," she said with a smile, "Bored as well?" she asked.

As Belle walked and the portraits talked, she found herself growing really bored. She looked at a portrait and said, "Don you ever get bored of just, well hanging there?" She faced the man and smiled, "Because i know i would" Belle looked at the man in the portrait as he looked down at her, "Not at all miss! I have numerous other portraits i can visit and you never get tired of hearing all the juicy gossip from the students" Belle shrugged and smiled, "Yeah i guess not, well, cya!"
She turned and walked away, noticing another girl coming towards her. She vaguely recognised her. "Hey" She said back politely, "Well, fun seems to be, well not here as of late" she sighed and looked back up the corridor, "I think the pictures have more fun than we do"

Briar laughed, "Seems so, huh?" she said shaking her head. "If only my life was a portrait and painted out for me! What fun that would be," she said sarcastically with a smile.
Bry looked at the girl, "I'm Briar Vanderveer, by the way," she said holding out a hand. It only seemed right to introduce herself since it was she who spoke to the Ravenclaw girl first.

"Oh yeah. Mapped out and stuff, know where your going. Such joy" She said looking at a portrait. "At least it would be less complicated" she laughed and looked at the girl.
"Dyanneabelle Alméida" she told her, "Prefer Belle by far though" she smiled. "I think i saw you a few months back at that party my brother held, Mark."
