Personality:

He’s cunning and quick to be angry, especially around more talkative people. He is most occasionally silent and rarely tends to speak more then a few sentences, unless intently teaching. Being extremely finicky and almost obsessed with cleanliness, if one was to enter his personal quarters they’d be greeted with an almost perfect, symmetrically arranged room. He’s a hard worker, though, and tends to stick to his word.

Although most see him as an unplesant and cruel man, he does have a softer side, which rarely ever peeks through his sarcastic bitterness.

Appearance: He is a tall, slender young man. He is neither toned, nor scrawny; rather a lean, sinewy sort of fellow. He stands at a height of 2 meters(6ft) and carries a full head of short black hair. His eyes are a dark green, and his skin is as pale as a cadaver. He has prominent cheekbones, and his nose points sharply outwards. He carries about him a sort of slouch, similar to that of a whipped man and he his walk is a brisk stride, almost similar to fleeing criminal’s.

History: He learned most of his habits from his parents, when they were alive. His father was a foul, blowhard who tended to speak through his fists more then his mouth. He worked as an Auror for the Ministry, as did his mother. His mother was much more silent , physically and vocally. The only few words that usually trickled from her puckered lips was of her mistake in keeping her only child, and that on top of that, she succumbed to her husband’s will of naming this disgusting child with such a muggle-like name of Benjamin.

Benjamin grew, at first, with the hopes of also becoming an auror, but as his skill in arithmancy arose, and his lack in DADA became much more prominant, his parents growls and grudges of disapproval deterred him from any goal, but that of the thought of death. During his fourth year he planned a suicide attempt, but before he tripped into death’s grasp he finally took the coaxing of a professor and stumbled along for the first time to Hogsmeade. During this trip, he bumped into a young Ravenclaw girl, named Agatha Hornsby, who like him, had a deep love for numerology. They felt destined to be together, only leaving eachother’s side when classes required.As they both entered their seventh year, they began to learn the skills of appiration, and on one seemingly normal day, Agatha became undecided as to where she chose to apparate; Only her top half arrived home that afternoon. Once again, Benjamin spiraled into an angry world. Becoming the bitter young man he is known as now.

He once had a career as a code-breaker, but he found working amongst the gringotts staff was a more displeasing job then living was, and so he quit, hoping he could make a small living off of teaching.
