Under new Educational Decree Three-Hundred and Ninety-One, sub paragraph two, line thirty-nine, all students, faculty, half-breeds, employees and residents of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry found to be underage or illegally unregistered Animagi of any degree shall be immediately reprimanded. As of December Third, no underage witch or wizard shall be exempt from stripping of magical abilities in question and possible prosecution and/or expulsion.
The tutoring of Animagus abilities within educational institutions shall be limited to young witches and wizards of the age of seventeen or over - professors and mentors will face unavoidable punishment if found aiding adolescent criminality.
Failure to cooperate with any Ministry of Magic official whom deems it fit to investigate suspicious characters shall not be tolerated. Any resistance will be met with greater force. You have been warned.
