The Deitrich Reforms: Part 3 Education
Article One
No teacher may express a political, legal or sociological opinion in front of students or persons under the age of 17.
Article Two
No teachers will perform or teach any spell, create or teach any potion, introduce any creature or curriculum material that is deemed to be disloyal to Magical people or too dark to be understood by youths.
Article Three
All students must NOT speak to any adults whom do not have authorisation to be speaking with students without expressing to them the rules laid out in Article Four.
Article Four
No adult may express a persuasive opinion or provide any magical information in the presence of a child without prior authorisation from the ministry.
Article Five
The Ministry has the right to search and arrest any member of staff or pupil acting suspiciously on Hogwarts property and hold them without explanation until they have been questioned by the Minister of Enlightenment.
Article Six
All students must present to the Minister of Enlightenment any evidence they may have that another student or a member of staff is acting against the Ministry in anyway.
Further amendments to this document will be added when needed.
