Jhudora reeled back as the door slamming full force into the stone wall, the professor’s wand pointing sternly at it, quivering. His face was a mask of contained anger, seeping out as extreme annoyance, and Jhudora swiftly rushed by him into the room so as to avoid a clout up the back of the head, which she was fully expecting. The revision papers remained in a heap by the door and she sorely hoped he wouldn’t think to ask what she had been planning to do with them. Even as she stood uselessly in the middle on the grime smeared floor – and she didn’t want to get down on her hands and knees to deal with that – she could see the rest of her stored rubbish tilting precariously on a shelf over the professor’s head.
Erys was moving around with a cheery enthusiasm that must’ve been her way of dealing with the situation. Refusing to be phased by any of it was a good form of protest if you had a problem with authority, but Jhudora couldn’t help but find Erys’s unconditional helpfulness to be a little artificial. She met the professor’s strictness with mockery in Jhudora’s eyes.
Not having seen Angelique’s hex upon Sarie, Jhudora watched the Gryffindor with a bewildered, pitying frown, wondering if she had accidentally been hit by the blackboard as it had been moved. This room was falling apart and they were expecting someone as small as Sarie to sort it out? She looked to be in a lot of pain! ‘Oh, come sit down, Sarie. You shouldn’t be doing all this – I’ll do your jobs.’ Jhudora grimace as she held Sarie’s arm tenderly, leading her over to the chair behind the professor’s desk.

"Nah, I'll be fine. I have the nurse look at it later. I'll be fine really." She suddered and got back to work.

Jhudora placed her hands on her hips and watched Sarie with a curious smile, astounded that she was still willing to work when anybody else would have probably chosen to revel in some sympathy. First years always had an eagerness and work ethic that didn’t require bribes, and she felt a lot of respect toward Sarie for putting up with all this ill-treatment. ‘Well, if you’re absolutely sure…’ She said amusedly, shaking her head as she walked over to an ornate mahogany cabinet.
Upon opening it Jhudora found the last professor’s supply of school text books. The smell of old was pleasant to Jhudora, but some of the books were so rotted by layers of dust and damp that they were unrecognisable. Headmaster Darrow probably hadn’t order any school bought books for Arithmancy in years, and without any of the students owning one - other than the first years who would have had it put on their list especially for the subject’s revival - what would the professor do about resources?
‘Sir, I don't think these are repairable.’ Jhudora picked one up delicately, although it’s brittle pages fell apart under her touch almost immediately.

Sarie worked harder than before. She worked harder on the floor. She was hoping he would be done soon. Her ribs where getting worse, and the hurt she hoped nothing was broken. She scrubed harder so they would done sooner. She flinched again.

This was becoming too much of a hassle. He frowned as he watched the several young girls flit about the room cleaning. He sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose, eyes closed; the first sign of how weary he really was.
He was becoming rather impatient with the youngest child, but decided not to further the agony, even he had a heart… sometimes. ”Gryffindor, enough. Sitdown. There is no need for me to be blamed for your despicable state.”
Blinking back sleep he edged towards the two almost black windows, he seemed to shoo away Erys with his hand, and the windows suddenly became clean, he was not in the mood to mutter spells, so rather he kept silent. He then quickly turned to the standing shelves and edged them towards the chalkboard, two on each side. As he turned once more he caught sight of the Ravenclaw gazing dreadfully at a shelf above the door. He looked back at her with a scowl, then waved his wand towards the various quills, inkbottles, and other items; they vanished, he would put those to use in his office.
With a dull gaze, he did a slow three-sixty turn, an obsessed passion for cleanliness flickering behind the green eyes. The rooms seemed certainly cleaner, he would handle the rest; all he wanted was for the girls to leave. Before he could mutter his dismissal the Ravenclaw spoke up.
“No matter, you may destroy them however you please. There are a set of new books in my office, which I will get myself. Later.” He then looked over each girl, they seemed exhausted, surely not as much as he felt, but none-the-less weary.
“Alright, alright. You may stop, I’ll handle the rest myself.” He muttered, “As much as I regret to say, 10 points for each of you.” Suddenly he waved his wand, and in front of each girl appeared a small silvery tea cup, each filled with a sweet-smelling coffee, a hint of toffee intermingled in the steam. He then turned to the youngest, “Unfortunately, Miss Sarie,” he said, finally using names,”There will be no coffee for you, There is a healing tea instead. If you are not feeling better afterwards report to the nurse.” He suddenly whisked himself towards the desk, directly in front of the chalkboard, and settled in a comfortable wooden chair, that hadn’t been there before. A small cup of the candied-smelling coffee waited on the desk in front of him. He leaned forwards, took a sip, and looked back up, hoping the girls would be in a pleasant enough mood from the coffee, to leave quietly.

Sarie sat down and flinched. "Thanks Professor, I'll be fine." She sipped the tea. It teasted tart but she started to feel better, it was still stinging a bit.

Successfully shooed away by the professor, Erys sighed, clearly clinging to the last remnants of her patience. But the windows were suddenly clean anyway, so it didn't really matter. He had taken care of the job for her. "Thank you, professor." She murmured, weary but content, seeing as Slytherin was granted with twenty more points. Score! It was what she was worked for all along. "If you need anything else, I'd be glad to help." Erys added in, her voice caked with sweetness. Taking the cup of coffee - extremely glad it wasn't tea, she might add - Erys edged her lips towards the liquid, testing its temperature before draining the glass. "Thanks. See you later, professor." Offering him back the empty cup with a smile, warmer now due to the wonderful taste, Erys dusted her hands off on her jeans before leaving.
Once outside the classroom, Erys felt a satisfied smirk creep onto her face, dominating every feature. Her posture, her walk.. Slytherin would once more get on top, and she'd be there to help them along the way. Professor Lindstraud wasn't that bad, if you could handle his meticulous behavior and neat-freak attitude. He was a little strict, sure, but so was every other teacher. In fact, he was much more desirable to be around than the Herbology teacher. Hah! [/color]

"Thank you agian Professor." Sarie said as she agian. She left the room. She thought of how her ribs still hurt a bit, if she would go see the nurse.

Relieved to be able to throw down the rest of book, Jhudora wiped her hands on her robes and held up her wand. ‘Evanesco!’ The mushy books vanished without a sound, the small community of cobwebs and dead spiders along with it. Non-being had always confounded Jhudora to no end despite her logical thinking. Ever since vanishing her first needle in her second year she had been irrationally paranoid that one day, while reading quietly to herself in the library, everything that had ever been vanished in the space of history would finally come back – and all on top of Jhudora’s guilty head. The spiders would probably have mummified by then and chase her.
The safety glass around the professor finally cracked, the four girls just making more mess by rearranging the dirt rather than shifting it. Jhudora liked all of her professors and tried very hard to have a good impression on them – but with the combined help of Erys, Angelique and Sarie, she had failed miserably this time.
‘Ten points? Thank you!’ She grinned shamelessly. Ravenclaw were doing so badly it was actually funny. The coffee appeared in front of her, prompting her to chime ‘Oooh, yummy,’ obnoxiously. Despite the gesture the professor look anxious to see them leave, and so slurping the drink stupidly fast, making lots of noise and burning her tongue dreadfully, she set it down and nodded to him appreciatively. Giving the room a sheepish inspection and stepping over her revision notes, which had been kicked around a bit, Jhudora looked back at the teacher. ‘Goodbye, professor. Sorry about the mess.' He may have been weird and a bit obsessive-compulsive… but he was pleasantly refreshing nonetheless.

Sarie walked down the hall to her surpise, there was another stab in her ribbs. She held her side. "Yeah I need to see the nurse." Another painful stab. "Yeah need to go to the nurse." She flinched and headed of down the hall.

Angel swore when they had apparently been caught lurking in the hall. When she had sought at this room it wasn't with the intentions of cleaning it. She had half a mind to tell the "Professor" that but for some reason he didn't seem like someone to be trifled with, and had she been alone she may have allowed herself the chance to find out, but being embarrassed in a room full of others didn't sit well with her so she did something she didn't normally do and that was shut her mouth. Getting to cleaning she wondered why she even came back into the castle at all. She rolled her eyes so often she started to think they just might get stuck that way so she finally stopped and luckily so did the Professor, he allowed them to stop cleaning and Angel got up wiping the knees of her pants ready to leave but then coffee appeared. She had half a mind to just ignore it but when she was given 10 house points she stopped placed a huge fake smile on her pretty face and took a cup sipping as quickly as possible not wanting to be the last one left in the room. Placing the finished cup down she said, 'Thank you very much professor sorry we couldn't have been more help.'
