Hogsmeade was always a good place to go to get away from being a teacher. Of course, students were still all over the place, but Gabe didn't feel obligated to yell at them or give detentions. Heck, he even told some of them they could call him Gabe outside of school. He never got used to the whole 'Professor' deal. He had been a student at Hogwarts not too long ago. He strolled through the crowded streets, grinning and waving at a few of his older students. He was headed towards the Three Broomsticks for something to drink. More likely than not, he would find company in here as well. He wasn't exactly looking for it, but it having someone to talk to was always nice.
Gabe pushed open the door to the pub, a bell tinkling somewhere in the back of the bar. He made his way over to the bar and ordered a butterbeer. He wasn't in the mood for alcohol at the moment. After getting his drink, Gabe sat at a table in the corner of the room, pushing up the sleeves of his black shirt. He took a sip of his drink, allowing the warm liquid to run down his throat.

Gabriella pulled a hood up over her head. She just wanted a drink; not a confrontation with ministry personel or anyone else of the sort. She quickly made her way to the bar and bought herself a drink.
She took a sip and smiled. It was good to taste butterbeer once more; the warm liquid had always helped her feel better no matter what the situation and this situation definitely required the need to feel better.
Quinn was on her tail, along with her track dog...the boy Greggory or something. The stressfulness of the situation was astounding ands starting to show outwardly on her physical appearance. She was thinner, her hair was ragged, and her mind wasn't up to it's usually quickness. It disturbed her slightly that Quinn could be so close...usually it was months before she even glimsped at her foe. This boy though...if he was good at something he was good at finding his prey.
She wound her way through the busy pub and found an open seat. She sat down without even noticing that she was sitting with someone else.
She glanced up and was surprised to see a face looking at her.
"I'm sorry," she said hurriedly and ducked her head down once more. "I didn't see anyone sitting at the table; I'll move if you'd like." Her voice was sweet and small...quite different from her usual arrogant, almost mocking tone. But she needed to stay below the radar right now. She didn't now if she could stand another fight with Locksley at the moment. She put up the wards around her mind...the last thing she needed was to be found right now because of blattent stupidity and foolishness.

Gabe took another sip of his butterbeer, sitting back in his chair. It was nice to be able to relax for once, not having to worry about classes or students. Gabe liked being a teacher very much, but he was glad it wasn't a 24 hours job. He sat his drink back on the table, but suddenly noticed a hooded figure take the empty seat next to him. Surprised, Gabe raised his eyebrows slightly. It was obvious they were trying to hide from someone, but Gabe had no idea who. He was about to speak up and say something, when they beat him to it.
By the tone of voice, he knew she was a woman. He hadn't seen her face right away because of the hood that covered her. When she turned to look at him, Gabe noticed how worn out she looked. Still very pretty, but tired looking. A small smile played about his lips. " No, you're fine. I don't mind the company." He spoke up, inviting her to stay seated. " My name's Gabriel. Or Gabe. Whichever you prefer." He introduced himself. He wasn't sure whether or not he would get a name from this mysterious woman. Like he had noticed before, she seemed to be taking precautions to stay hidden.

Gabriella glanced up and couldn't help but laugh slightly as he introduced himself.
"Gabriel eh?" She said with a small smirk. "You needn't worry; I'm not laughing at your name..merely the irony. I'm Gabriella by the way, Gabriella De Conti."
She glanced around once more for any sign of Locksley or her little pet Greggory. They were the only ones she need fear and Quinn would know her despite the hood. She needn't worry about who knew her name. If he was a ministry spy she was positive she could escape easily enough either way.
"Gabe eh?" She said as she sipped her butterbeer. "I was never one for nicknames personally although I did have a particuliar friend who insisted on calling me Gabzifer for my final year Hogwarts."
