Maxi hadnt met many people in his time here, he wasnt sure he wanted to either. He didnt like introductions. One more time saying Im Maxi could kill him. Seriously it could. He wandered down the streets of... Hogsmeade was it? Shaking his head he hadnt even gotten used to the names of everything yet. He had heard tales about Hogwarts from the lads back at Durmstrang, though he hadnt really known any of them were true and hadnt been able to confirm any. To Maxi, they were just rumours.
The shops seemed busy, and the street was busier. Maxi couldnt stay still for too long in fear of a huge wave of people come to drown him. There were a lot of people crammed into such a small space. You'll like it there Maxi, its much better than Durmstrang his father had told him. Maxi hadnt been here long but it did seem like a nice place. However he did miss Durmstrang an awful lot.
Walking through the streets on a one man trip, Maxi decided he'd try and take in as much of his surroundings as he could. Shops on either side of him, chocolate shops, tea shops, joke shops, wand shops... All kinds of things. The smell of the chocolate shop was overwhelming, but he resisted the urge to go in and spend a stupid amount of money on chocolate when he knew he wouldnt actually need it.
Maxi walked past people who looked at him funny. He was the transfer student, did that mean something to people? Theres probably rumours going around that your something that your not... Like something... i dont know Maxi shrugged and pushed the thought away from him.

Xiayou walked down the streets of Hogsmeade. She didn't know what to do. Everywhere was so unfamiliar. She noticed a boy walking along the strret too.
He seemed to be getting funny looks off people. She wondered if he was foreign like her. She walked towards him and at about ten feet from him she decided she'd try and join him.
"Hey, mind if I join you? I'm kind of lost. You don't mind do you?" she asked tentatively. She was hoping he didn't think her weird because she was lost.

Maxi seemed to be in own little world for a while. Through glazed eyes he watched the world pass by, and it seemed to him like people classed him as an outsider. In a way, he was. He wasnt from around here, not really, and he had never been to this school before. A rival.
Maxi looked up, giving a little 'huh' sound as he re-ran the girls words through his own head. He shook his head and moved over on the bench giving her some room to sit down. "No, sure, go ahead, sit" Maxi said a little quietly, feeling the shyness sweep over him again. You've got to stop being shy Maxi

"I'm Xiayou by the way. Xiayou Akazi. You can call me Xia or Azi. Or just give a new nickname, most people do." she said.
It seemed to Xiayou that the boy was a bit shy. She remembered when she had moved to Hogwarts two years ago. She had been like that. She had come a long way since then. She sat next to him.
"So what's your name?" she asked politedly. She watched the local people giving them strange looks. Oh well, she thought it doesn't matter. She glared back at them. Who did they think they were.

Xiayou... There were a few people here with unusual names, he had began to notice that. Maxi, still clammed up inside himself. He was a shy guy, but when you got to know him, Maxi is one of the loudest people you'll ever meet. Xia, that was easier. He'd probably forget the you at the end of it, or mix up the y with the u and make a fool of himself as usual.
"My name?" He said rather quietly as he looked at her. The people passing in the streets giving them funny looks. Maxi didnt like it. He hated people looking at him anyway, but in a strange way. It just made him paranoid. "Maxwell Hennerdale, though people call me Maxi" he looked at her, "I hate being called Maxwell"

"Ok Maxi." she smiled. "So how are you settling here at Hogwarts?" she asked. The boy was very quie and didn't speak much. Maybe that would change if they got to know one another.

"Its alright... New... But alright" He told her. The place was unfamiliar to him, not to his father, but it was to him. Maxi looked around the street before turning back to her, "Everything looks the same... Though im dealing"

"I remember when I came here two years ago. I was too scared to leave the castle for this place. But after a few trips I was ok. I couldn't have done it without my friend. Hey maybe I could show you around some time. How about it?" she suggested. She hoped she wasn't being too forward. She didn't want him to be put off her as a friend because of her big mouth. She waited quietly for a reply.

"I think id be more scared of staying inside the castle then leaving it" Maxi said truthfully. "Yeah id like that" He said meaning he'd like to be shown around. It was about time he got to know the place, and he thought it would be easier if someone was with him showing him around. Maxi was beginning to loosen up a bit now, he realised people here were actually really friendly.

"Well I would say where to first. But of course you don't know around here. So I think we'll start with somewhere famous. How about the Shrieking Shack?" she asked. "An old haunted house. How about it?" she asked trying to sound slightly spooky.

Daley was strolling the streets of Hogsmeade, finally alone. Her mother had taken her daughter, Cecelia for the day, to give Daley some time off. She was just reminiscing about Beauxbatons, and how she missed her best friends, particularly Adrienne. She came upon two students around her age. One was a Hufflepuff, and one was Gryffindor. She was always happy to see a fellow Gryffindor. She knew hardly anyone. She had just transfered last week, and everyone seemed to already have joined a clique. Hufflepuffs were always pleasant too.
"Hello, I'm Daley. What are your names?" She asked in a friendly manner.

Xiayou looked up as another girl approached. She introduced herself.
"Oh hey, I'm Xiayou Akazi. I've never seen you here before. Are you new?" she asked trying to sound polite. She guessed she had been transferred.
Xiayou remembered when she had been transferred two years ago.
