A girl could be seen wondering around, exploring the prison she was sent to as she tried to memorize where things might have been. Upon being on a tower, Charlotte had seen a promising sanctuary of peace; the forest she was heading into. She smiled to herself quietly as a shiver chilled her. It was eerie, like something she had read out of her books. She loved it!
Biting her lip, Charlie had managed to already get some mud on her shoes, though she wasn't the type of girl that had cared much for that. Her hair was already a mess from the wind outside, but it's not like that mattered. It was rather dark outside anyways. Wandering into the forest, she hummed to herself absentmindedly. Charlie wasn't exactly great at singing, she was much too shy for it, though she had the weirdest feeling of peace here.
Pulling the uniformed cloak around her shoulders, Charlotte glanced around. It was bright morning, no one would have been up at this time anyways. Besides, she had lots of time before breakfast was sered, and there was no use in sleeping since she couldn't sleep anyways.
She watched the trees rustle as she moved deeper and deeper. The deeper she went, the older the forest seemed to get. The older it got the more she was drawn into it. She sat down, on a log, letting the hood of her cloak fall from her hair, as she wrapped the cloak around her, adding extra warmth.
Charlie craved a butter beer right about now...

Ian had been put on patrol outside of the castle, and he grimaced as an icy wind hit his face. Because summer was quickly approaching, he had felt it unnecessary to wear a cloak-- something he definitely regretted now.
Burrowing himself deeper into his robes, he was about to head inside deeming his duty over when he heard a small rustle near the Forbidden Forest. Raising a brow, he walked a bit closer to it, and grinned in triumph as he caught the tail end of someone's robes.
"Oy!" He called out, stepping just into the cluster of trees and feeling a chill immediately chorus through his body.
The figure didn't seem to hear him however, continuing to walk through the trees deeper and deeper. Frowning, he held out his wand and cast a brief Lumos almost stumbling over in surprise when he caught site of a girl sitting in a peaceful way on a log.
At first, he thought she was some sort of nymph. On closer inspection he noticed she was a Ravenclaw.
With a small smirk, he sat down on the muddy floor in front of her and held up his wand between them. "Rule-breaker." He said shortly, though sounded amused.

The girl felt an odd feeling. Almost like you know someones watching you, even though you know it's probably not even true and that you're probably just hallusinating. It's just nerves Charles, there's nothing to it. You're just at a new school, theres no one here... She thought quietly upon resting the palms of her hands on her knees slightly cold.
If the boy hadn't appeared to sit infront of her, Charlotte wouldn't have even noted his existance. She almost seemed to be in though, though nervous at the same time. It was clearly painted over her face.
Biting her lip she looked down at boy who sat on the ground. She had caught a clear view of his face, and he seemed to be rather young. Pausing, she shrugged slightly..."Actually, It's Charlotte...Charlie.." She smiled somewhat weakly, before biting on her lip hard.
"Are we not supposed to be here?" The girl seemed to look around, her hair peaking out of her hood as she glanced around the old age of the forest. It was wonderful. She couldn't see who would make a silly rule about not letting people in..
Charlie turned a little red, slightly embarased. Maybe she wasn't supposed to be here. She wondered how long he must have followed her. Slowly her face turned redder and redder as she thought how oblivious she must have seemed..

Ian lowered his wand with a raised brow. "Charlie, hmm?" The light flickered over her face, and he saw that she was growing quite apprehensive. Letting out a light chuckle, he nodded. "It's called the forbidden forest, you know."
Settling down more comfortably, he decided he wasn't in the mood to take off points of hand out detentions (was he ever?) and was resigned to the fact that being Head Boy was not something he was cut out for. "The forest isn't supposed to be this relaxing," he added suddenly. "You can bet that something slimy with fangs is lurking behind this tree right now."
With a frown, he crawled around her to glance behind the three. Smiling slightly, he shrugged. "Alright, nothing there yet."

Tilting her head, Charlie looked down at the boy as he crawled around her. Luckily for her, he seemed like he was in a good mood. Smiling, she nodded..."Well Thank you for checking for me."
With a slight sneeze, Charlie seemed to be running a slight cold. She didn't mind though. "We're in an old part of the forest..." Pausing, Charlotte looked around. "Life is blosseming at this time..." She added. Charlie loved nature. Glancing towards the boy, she let out a small smile. "So, why exactly are you here?"
She had noted that the boy hadn't exactly told her his name, though it didn't matter too much to her, Charlie was a bit curious. Wrapping her cloak around her frame a tad more, she felt her hand grip her wand underneath.

Leaves rustled noisily, drifting upon a light breeze, they floated unnaturally in the wind, as if a stronger force held them in place; lazily they bobbed along, rising and falling like waves crashing upon a stony shore. Patterns could be discerned with a sharp eye, they were subtly waving a large forlorn hand, flickering this way and that. Seemlessly melting from form to form, if one looked very carefully the hint of darkened eyes were in view, the natural light of the forest, with pearls of sunlight gleaming through where trees grew not thickest, the leaves had melded together creating the image of a dark eye, with the distant glint of stars far in. For this eye had been created by a being, not powerful until angered, but subtle in his weakened form.
It was an earth spirit conjuring the breeze using magic far older than humans could possibly imagine, seeing him in his true ethereal form would be too much for a human to handle; so he drifted from guise to guise, yet weakened by a terrible battle he found himself solely strong enough to simply be the breeze, moving leaves as he willed. His voice still spoke out, not directly into a person's conciousness, yet as a far off whisper, as hushed as the breeze, with slow, steady intakes of breath. A calm controlled imminently wise voice; for he had witnessed much.
Saul-in-darn Niña had listened intently to the children's conversation, none could call him an eavesdropper as he was in plain view if only they truly looked, yet then he had summoned his leaves and conjured up the shapes and forms, hoping against hope that they would take careful note.
Choosing the female he breathed,
Thou art correct, this place is aged beyond belief
The breeze strengthened as he agreed wholeheartedly with the male,
Dangers are far greater than fangs here, as you well know
Leaves drifted lazily to the floor... Leaves drifted lazily... Leaves drifted... Leaves... ...
