Boggleworth stood on the outskirts of the forest, a strong breeze he was so accustomed too, rushing through his hair and billowing his robes. A small smirk graced his lips, as he stood hands hanging limp by his side. His wand protruded from his pocket, his wits were about as required for being so close to imminent danger. The air was rather chill, though the day had been pleasant the weather could so quickly change, within moments it turned. But Boggleworth would have stood there through wind, rain and snow. For he was awaited someone, for a rather crucial meeting. Luckily they were hours away from the deadline of running along inside. He did so detest such stupid rules that the ministry were applying now. they made his blood boil, yet still his fellow students didn't have the guts to stand up to them. Though there were many moans and grumbles, people really were all talk and no action. Of course the Ministry had been quick to disband the legal Guild, so now it was of course illegal. Instead of wishing for many to join, he was now prefering a select few that he trusted. Turning slowly from the forest that had kept his gaze he looked towards the castle itself. There were few students in the grounds what with the Ministry regulations, so many windows were lit with warm inviting light. But he cared nothing for it, he didn't wish to protect the stones, rather the people inside, especially those closest to him, unfortunately few were prepared to take action like he. The weaknesses of others would always hinder the fulfilment of his plans.

Girty walked across the grass, her robes billowed in the wind behind her. She had for once tied up her hair so prevent it from getting in the way. As she moved closer to the forest she reached into her pocket and pulled out her wand and hung her arm limply by her side. Soon the silhouette of Boggleworth could be seen. Carefully glancing over her shoulder to see if anyone else was around Girty moved so she was standing by the side of her fellow Hufflepuff.
Looking out over the dark forest Girty could feel her heart pounding, the threat of the Ministry in the castle was forcing her to take action she did not want to do. With a small smile Girty turned and looked up at Boggleworth. It had been a long time since she had seen Bog.
“I’m ready my friend”

Since Boggleworth had last been seen in the light of day his face hadn't seemed so worn as it did now. He was gladly accepting the full troubles of the world, though his overall appearance showed small signs of such wear and tear; his robes were now more torn than before, his limp was playing up too, but overall his outward appearance had changed very little, and so too hopefully had his mental awareness and character. "Are you sure you're ready for this my friend?" He asked with a grin giving Girty a deep bow to show his respect, over the summer a change had occured to Boggleworth, his gentlemanly manners had increased tenfold, but more importantly for the Guild, his magical ability had increased too, as had his numerous and crafty connections. Where they had come from known knew but himself, being a little more closed now as was necessary. "Let's hope we are up to the task," he smiled widely trying to reassure Girty as he knew she'd had many a varied and unhappy experience in this forest, testing herself to the very limits "I'm sure we are." he said comfortingly. "We shall have no need to attract attention via wands mind you, so no spells if you please, not even for light, I know my way around." Beckoning for Girty to follow he set off at a quick pace once he had scanned the area fully to check for anybody watching, particularly Minsitry officials. Diving into the forest and seemingly following a predetermined path, he flew so swiflty along, only stopping every now and then to listen for footsteps other than their own. Grinning at Girty he felt filled with adrenaline as he strolled onwards.

Nodding her head, Girty placed her wand back into her pocket rather grudgingly. The forest was a dangerous place, Girty knew that more then many but if Boggleworth had faith then something must be right. As they headed of Girty tired to tap into her wolf like instincts to try and be more aware of the surroundings. However Bog’s pace quickened forcing Girty to break into a run to keep up with his long strides.
Jumping over broken branches and ducking under over hanging plants Girty saw a glint in Boggleworth’s eye that made her want to laugh. As they got deeper, the trees got thinker and less light reached the forest floor. She could hear birds in the trees, the sound of other creatures pattering across the forest floor. Turning her head from left to right she caught the sight of something behind a tree.
Skidding to her stop Girty spun around to face the creature. “Bog! We have company!” Over her shoulder and shouted at the older Hufflepuff. Refusing to take her eyes off the fire drake that was approaching her.

Spinning around as Girty alerted Boggleworth to the presence of the Fire Drake, he had to think fast, swiping his wand from his pocket, he guided Girty swiftly behind the cover of the nearest tree. "Stay here," he cautioned as the Fire Drake began it's slow advance towards them. Boggleworth's mind ran with many wild and daring ideas, each more challenging and crazy as the last. Settling upon the simplest, he darted out from behind cover sending a gush of water from his wand to dissuade the Fire Drake from it's prowling towards them. Though it only succeeded in buying them a few moments more Boggleworth, darted once more behind a tree as a small rounded fireball sprang from the Drake's gaping maw. "Cor," he breathed, as the Drake continued to relentlessly pour fire into the tree, which soon caught ablaze. Running for the next tree, he sprawled over a fallen root cursing his clumsiness he landed awkwardly, and truning onto his back saw the approach of the Fire Drake it's eyes gleaming.

As Bog pushed her behind a tree she gave an annoyed groan. He was being over protective of her. Folding her arms Girty rested against the trunk and listened to the cries form the Fire Drake and Bog. The sound of fire crackling and then the sound of Bog falling over was a sign Girty wanted.
Jumping out from behind the tree, she moved up behind the lizard. Giving a small wave at Bog, Girty pulled out her wand and pointed it at the Fire Drake. A mean smile filled her face and her eyes narrowed. Boggleworth may not have wanted attention being drawn to them but to be honest Girty would rather take that risk rather then see her friend be barbequed.
“Finite Incantatem”
The blue sparks hit the Lizard sending it flying up into the trees above, quickly running forward to where Boggleworth was lying on the floor she tired to pull him up before the creature landed on the ground again.

As Boggleworth grinned sheepishly up at the Fire Drake tempted to try dousing it with water once more, he was thankfully saved from his cruel fate by the ever resourceful Girty. Grinning widely at her as she blasted away the monster he muttered "why on earth didn't I think of that, it's a damn good job you're here Girt." He gratefully accepted her help up and as the Drake landed heavily and quite dazed he ordered "well unless you've another idea, let's just run!" Grabbing her robes and not waiting for an answer, he dragged her bodily onwards through the forest, frantically dodging overhanging branches and keeping a particularly watchful eye on roots. Hurtling through, he saw what he was looking for, "into the trees," he said with a grin clambering swiftly up himself, he reached his arm down to help Girty up too.

Feeling rather confused Girty soon found herself being dragged along by Boggleworth. Trying to regain her footings Girty found herself having to run flat out to make sure she did not fall behind. When Boggleworth told her to get into a tree she really was lost, however over the years she trusted Bog and so followed his orders.
Taking hold of his hand she pulled herself up and swung her leg over a high branch. Sitting still, holding on for her life she watched the forest floor. Soon the sound of a loud screech and pounding of the Fire Drake running bellow. Trying to catch back her breath Girty turned and smiled at Bog. She gave him a small wink and lowered her head once more to watch the creature disappear off into the depths of the forest.
“I think we are going to have to watch for him now. He will have it for me. Remind next full moon not to come into this section of the forest.”
Girty gave a small laugh waiting for Bog to tell her what to do next.

Boggleworth laughed happily as his hastily formed plan had worked like a dream. "Thank God that worked," he said with a gruff laugh. Immediately dropping lightly to the ground and landing with a rustle and crunch of leaves underfoot, whilst checking the coast was clear he confided why he had brought her here, looking up at her as she sat in the trees, he wondered why he dared risk her skin but said confidently anyway "I'll remind you don't worry," he chuckled "now I guess you're wondering why on earth we're here? Well, I'm reorganising the Guild, with only select members ready to strike against the Ministry for Magic, but unlike times before we can only have those who are trustworthy and willing to combat the ridiculous Ministry measures, I've also a new meeting place for us too," He grinned mischeveously his old sparkle back "and now we're organised. Having made sure the coast was fully of clear of any creatures he gestured for Girty to jump down into his arms grinning up at her hanging in the branches. Arms outstretched to help her down gracefully he awaited her patiently.

William sighed laughing quietly at the students. He was well hidden and wasn't going to be found. He would appear if he wished so. So students forming a resistance eh? Futile attempt. They don't stand a chance! he thought to himself. He laughed again and stepped out of his hiding spot, behind the two. He pointed his wand at the boy and spoke aloud. "Hello all." and he became serious. "By orders of the ministry you two are under arrest for plotting against the ministry. Resistance will be punished. Stupefy!" and a jet of red light hit the boy square in the chest.

Hunched up, and keeping a low profile the dark silhouette of Nicholas moved towards the Hogwarts Castle. The normal point of entrance was through the forest, its vast space and many creatures meant that the ministry would find it hard to keep a look out. His sharp blue eyes stood out from the darkness of his hood, his scarf was pulled up over his mouth and nose. As he walked deeper into the forest, Nicholas prepared himself for anything that may occur. However the forest was quiet, there was no movement of scavenging creatures, no sound of distant fights over territory. Although it was hard to tell a frown appeared on the mans face has he continued to make his way into the depths of the forest.
Suddenly he saw movement, and human voices. Crouching low in the undergrowth, Nicholas listened on to what was being said. Crawling ever so closer he then heard the sound of another person arriving into the conversation and the someone cast a spell. Moving into a position that he could see he noticed that a member of the Ministry was standing in front of a female Hufflepuff and on the floor lay a male Hufflepuff. Searching through his mind he tired to work out who this Minster was and what right he had to be arresting Hogwarts students.
“I don’t think you should be doing that Roth.” Nicholas had leapt up from the undergrowth and was walking closer towards the party, his wand outstretched, pointing at the older man. “I suggest you back dun. Your problem is with me now.” His Scottish accent crept out as he reached the last words and his eyes fixed on the man in front.

William smiled. "Sir I am afraid you have no reason to interfere with ministry orders. I am simply doing my job. If you so start an attack on me I will be forced to send back up. I suggest you leave now. Unless you are looking for a fight." and Williams grip tightened on his wand. "Then by all means attack, but do so with the knowledge that you will be punished." and he turned to the girl. " You have committed a very serious crime. I am afraid I will have to take you and your friend." he pointed his wand at her, "Stupefy!". He then magicked both their bodies into the air and started for the castle.

Leaping from the tree in his tiger Animagus form, Leigh landed heavily upon the Auror, his snarl loud and echoing about the forest. The loud huff of air escaping the shocked auror filled Leigh with a sad glee, despite his resentments for showing himself. Looking about he saw two Hufflepuff students whom he had adored. He snapped one last look at the Auror who stirred slightly before bringing his paw down on top of the mans chest and growled deeply, the only thing keeping him from ripping the Auror apart was the fact people were around.
Slowly turning to normal, Leigh locked eyes with the auror, knocking the mans wand away before picking him up and slamming him against a nearby tree, his rage barely contained.
'Attacking students now, are we?' Leigh said savagely, his eyes wide showing his fury. 'Always looking to Stupefy someone, right? Well stupefy this!' Leigh let go of the man and threw back his fist and struck the Auror square on the nose, a savage grin on his face.
Turning away from the Auror, Leigh saw a man before him, the accent he heard letting him assume the man wasn't a local. Leigh walked over to him and held out his hand and smiled, calming himself down.
'When a man who knows how to listen to the walls of a building, he learns to listen to the tales of the trees and the tales they say about a man leading a group against the Ministry is a great man indeed.' Leigh said, before looking down at Girty and Henry, noticing them slowly stir. 'Welcome back to the land of the conscious.'

Before Girty could do anything a man had jumped out and had stunned Bog, then another man jumped out. Her mouth was hanging open slightly wondering where all these wizards were coming from. The last one seemed to be standing up for them, this Scottish voice was sleek and smooth but annoyingly she could not see his face. However before she could think anymore on what he could look like she was on the floor.
The next thing that Girty can remember his hearing a familiar voice. Blinking slowly she continued to look up at the sky, was she still knocked out? How could she be hearing that voice? Slowly she sat up rubbing the back of her head, but she was soon lying back on the floor again. “I am dreaming. It is all a dream. You will wake up in your bed when you next open your eyes.”
Girty tried to reassure herself but it was failing. When opening her eyes she could still her Leigh Addis voice, the only problem was that he died. Girty lay still on the floor, to scared to stand up and face a dead person, this could not be real, it had to be an illusion.

'How can I be a dream if I can be here and you feel the pain from a stunning spell?' Leigh asked rhetorically. 'Yes, I'm back from a cold place where I don't ever want to be again and yes, I'm sure you're still not dreaming, besides I believe Henry can't be having the exact same dream as you, Girty?' Leigh smiled at the two Hufflepuffs, noticing the look on Girty's face knew that his absence must've hurt more than a few.
'So, who're you? Friend or foe to the school? Friend or foe to the Ministry?' Leigh asked, turning his head to look at the man who had encountered the auror first.
