Flat back, stretch down, roll up, lean... Echo thought through all of her stretches as her body went through the motions. She used the back of a crimson couch like a barre to help steady her during some of the more difficult ballet moves. Tandu second, eleve; tandu fifth, sousou... the movements were slow and long and graceful. Like a kite swaying in a lazy breeze. Arabesque back, tandu-close fifth, and finish.
She sighed contentedly as her arms gently fell to her sides. Ballet was a cleansing dance form, it felt like nothing in the world could hold you down. Not in an empowering way... simply freeing. She giggled, then did a flip over the back of the couch, landing on the velvet cushions on her back. She stared up at the ceiling, she'd never notice the pretty tilework before. Vines and flowers intertwining around the Gryffindor crest, "Lovely." she murmured airily.

“Lovely indeed and also very athletic I may add.”
Harrison had only caught the end of the other Gryffindor’s display, if he had seen her do the ballet he would not have been holding the straight face he had at present. The thought of seeing someone leap and jump out and turn around on the spot seemed rather pathetic in his mind, but then he did not understand the art of dance. So he took on the normal manly attitude that ballet was sissy and designed for 4 year olds in tutus.
But Harrison had found her back flip rather interesting and so instead of laughing he held a slight air of respect for the girl, mainly because he knew he would never be able to do such a thing. As he slowly approached his gaze moved upwards and he saw where she was looking and make such a particular statement.
With an open mouth Harrison walked around in a little circle almost to take it in and see the art work from every angle. It was very intriguing and he wondered why he had never seen it before. (Most likely because he had never been lying on his back in the common room) Deciding to move his head back to its original position Harrison turned back to the girl and gave her a wide grin.
