Evette was furiously studying during breakfast. Her food was hardly touched and she was flipping through several books at once. There was a test in 4 of her subjects and Eve had spent all last night studying, only getting 3 hours of sleep. Dark circles under her eyes contrasted with her pale skin, which was basically white now.
Her head lolled a little as her eyes slowly closed. Evette jerked up and sipped her orange juice, shaking her head violently. Eve's red hair was tangled and sticking out in places. She gave a little sigh and pulled half it up and tied it there. The girl gave a little moan and collapsed onto her pile of books. I can't wait until this day is over.

The morning was less crowded tha usual, maybe because most of the classes were starting early. Except for Fay's, whose classes started later in the day. Felicity skipped into the Great Hall, her wand tucked behind her ear and her unruly hair swinging with each step. She noticed Eve sitting at her usual table and went over to sit by her.
"Hey Eve. Studying again?" Hopefully the teachers wouldn't mind her sitting here. It was later in breakfast, so it wasn't like a lot of people were around anyway. "Have a test or something?"

Evette swung her head up and looked at Fay. "No, really?" Sarcasm filled her voice. She wasn't in the mood for her friend's happiness. This was one of the rare times that Eve was grumpy. She flopped her head back down on her books again. "Four tests today. Two essays to finish tonight. If only I had stayed in France!" Evette exclaimed, her voice muffled.
"Anyways," Evette lifted her head and brushed her hair aside, "We should do something together tomorrow. Today is the only busy day I have this week, so I'm free for the rest of the time."

Felicity laughed and gave her friend's back a gentle pat. "You'll do fine, you usually do." She grinned and popped an orange slice into her mouth. "I'll help you with your essays tonight if you want. We just have to meet up somewhere." Fay shrugged. "I would say the common room but we're in different houses so...that makes it kind of difficult."
She popped another slice into her mouth and grinned. "Tomorrow? Sure. I'm not doing anything I don't believe." Fay tapped her chin for a moment, then nodded to herself. "Nope, I'm free."

Alexis wasn't really feeling all that hungry. It wasn't like she had to go to the Great Hall or anything but when in Rome and all that good stuff. So dressing she figured she'd get down there before a crowd appeared or anything. The Great Hall was better when there weren't too many milling about simply because trouble seemed to brew when there was a large concentration of students in any one area, plus it was quieter which, always suited Alexis.
As she entered she found it just the way she liked it leading to a huge smile and a bounce in her step. Making her way over to the table she noticed Felicity sitting with another girl she wasn't too sure of her name. So deciding to make her way over Alexis plunked into the empty seat near Felicity bright smile in place and said "hi girls what's up? Whose books? I don't remember a test today or maybe I'm forgetting."
