Sitting alone by the lake Deianira felt a sense of calm come over her a rare joy. Peace and quiet at last although under the surface of the lake Deianira could tell it was not peaceful, but at least it looked that way. Then she could just pretend it was peaceful. This way she could dream. She lay down in the tall grass and closed her eyes wondering if anyone else would come along.

Liam threw his bag down and dropped to the ground in a heap. The week had been filled with exams and he was thoroughly exhausted.
It wasn't until he had stretched out his legs and started humming an old folk tune that he noticed a girl just beside him. Turning his head he suddenly grinned and leaned over, peering at her relaxed face seeing her eyes closed.
Feeling wicked, he pulled some grass out from beside him and sprinkled it gently on her face. "The lake is a dangerous place to take a nap nearby, didn't you know?" He said with a small smile, looking pleased and trying to look innocent.

Deianira suddenly felt grass tickling her face; she sat up and snorted. Startled she looked at the boy next to her he seemed nice although she would have to get him back for putting grass on her face. "I wasn't taking a nap I was causually alert, if you didn't notice", she laughed, glad to have some company. The wind blew a warm wind and blew her copper hair, "what is your name stranger?"

Xiayou walked in the long grass. Gazing at the lake shimmering with the sunlight. She was so emersed in the beautiful lake that she nearly tripped over two people. There was a girl and a boy. "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to trip over you. My head was in the clouds again." she muttered the last part quietly. Hopefully they wouldn't notice how embarrased she was. She decided to introduce herself. "I'm Xiayou Akazi by the way. You can call me Xia or Azi if you want though." She hoped they wouldn't have taken a dislike to her straight away.
