Nicola yawned as she flipped the page of her newest novel obsession. It was about a charming dragon tamer that traveled all over the world, gaining supporters and enemies wherever he went.
It was a Muggle novel as well, so she couldn't help letting out slight giggles as she read.
"If only they knew fairies did not have magnificent queens at all, but were more likely to be hanging off a Christmas Tree as some sort of decoration." She mused to herself, rolling onto her back and flipping another page.[/color]

Mildred decided to walk along the lake to relax.
As she started to walk further beside the lake she saw a girl reading a book.
She decided to go say hello.
Mildred got closer and closer to the girl, as she caught up to her she introduced herself.
"Hi I am Mildred."

Nicola felt the pages of her book flutter as someone approached her secluded reading space.
Closing her book at once, she grinned and shoved over making room for the girl to sit. "Nicola Ray. Dad calls me Cola... but you're not exactly interested in that I bet," she added sheepishly.
After a pause of silence, Nic passed the girl her book. "You're a Ravenclaw, right?" She eyed the badge on the girl's robes. "Should try and devour this book. It's really very good!"[/color]

Mildred sat on the space Nicola gave her.
"Yes I am a ravenclaw" said Mildred while reaching her arm out to get the book Nicola was passing her with a smile.

Nic smiled and nudged a bit closer. "You know, this guy here-- Cody-- He's the main character. Incredible Dragon Tamer!"
Pointing a bit enthusiastically at one of the illustrations, she smirked. "And that there is Mira. She's apparently the lustrous Fairy Queen. If only all the Muggles knew..."
Her smirk disappeared as she gazed out toward the lake. "I'm actually part Muggle, you know. How about you?"[/color]

Mildred chuckled a bit when she heard about the queen fairy.
"No I'm not half muggle or at all muggle" said Mildred

Ian peeled open an eye from his resting spot near the lake, having heard a buzz of voices. His daily nap had been well over due, but he supposed another distraction wouldn't hurt and sat up to look for the direction the voices came from.
Two girls, a Gryffindor he knew of and perhaps one of the Ravenclaws he had seen around his Transfiguration class, were chatting near the shore. Grinning lazily, Ian stretched with a small yawn, before walking over to them and sitting cross-legged near Mildred on the floor.
"Really? Not at all Muggle?" Ian wiggled his toes, still covered in his socks. "That's unfortunate! Don't you ever wonder what the other side is like?" He gave them a friendly smile, before nodding over to Nicola's book. "Haven't intruded on some exclusive book club, have I?"
