Kit looked at Ashton and nodded, "Criticism only makes you better, that's what I beleive," he commented. Kit turned his attention to Fay and laughed, "I'll make sure to stand a ways away from you then," he said in a joking manner.

Kit walked away from them and to get his bass. He came back moments later holding it in his hand. He pulled the strap over his head, "What do you wanna hear?" he asked them as he tuned his strings to their proper notes. He looked up at them with a cheeky grin.

Ash tugged on his lip ring as he thought the question over. "Just play something you know." he said.

Kit laughed, "Yeah, of course," he thought for a moment then smiled. He played a little bit of Silence is a Scary Sound. It was the best song he knew with alot of bass. The part wasn't interesting but what bass part is?

He concentrated on the peice and began humming the lyrics to himself to keep him up to beat. Once he figured he had played enough, he stopped and looked at Ashton, "It's alot better with guitar but I guess It will do," he said with a slightly nervous laugh. He liked playing along when he was on his bass, not exactly alone.

((I really do like the bass part to that song. When I listen to the song, I pretty much sing the bass part... with do do do's LMAO! I'm strange I know... but I get tired of singing the words plus its much funner dancing to the bass part! K... im done rambling))

Ash listend as Kit played. "You're really good." he said. He smiled at Kit, "I think Calypso just found a bassist." He turned to Bray and Fay, "What do you two think?"

Bradyn grunted as the other guy joined them, and seemed to fawn over Fay. She didn't have her charm on or something, did she? He thought bitterly. But then he shrugged, deciding to give the guy a chance. If he was any good, it'd take the base parts off his shoulders.

He waited for the kid to show up with his bass, still not saying anything. Bray didn't really like the idea of adding a new band member so suddenly, but he figured that he'd get mauled if he said that. When Kit started playing, he grinned widely and joined in on his guitar, knowing the song quite well. He continued playing even after the kid stopped, not really caring if he drowned out his words. Only when Ashton started talking did he stop. "Hmph, it's not like a 'pansy's thoughts are important."

[AND MCFLYER MAN. you decided to join us, and you play my favorite, favorite, FAVORITE McFly song. I think I love you. (: ]

Ash laughed. "Don't be ridiculous Bray! A pansy's thoughts are important!" There was moment's pause, "Just not as important as a fairy's!" he quipped.

[Bradyn Reed]

Bradyn rolled his eyes and muttered something about arse-bandits, but not loud enough for Ash to hear this time. He strummed on his guitar boredly. "I think the kid's okay, he could use some work though. But then again, it's just a base part so who knows? Maybe we should hear him play guitar too?" Bray suggested, but was highly unwilling to let someone else touch his baby. Someone might have to pry it out of his cold dead hands, besides Ash had one too.

[Felicity Locke]

Felicity watched Kit as he strummed on his guitar, then grinned when Bray joined in. She clapped when the two were done. "Do I smell a duet?" Fay looked to Bray and Kit.

Fay stuck out her lower lip at Bray. "But we love you Bray! You know we dooooo!" She made a heart shape with her fingers and grinned. "You're very important. Who else would the rabid fan girls fall for?"

Ash rolled his eyes as Bray muttered something about arse-bandits, apparently thinking that Ash couldn't hear him! He was in for a surprise! "I heard that!" He said. "And I agree with Fay. I think Kit is really good. So stop being so negative." He turned to Fay, "Hey! You don't think rabid fanfirls will fall for me?" he asked, sticking his lower lip out in a mock pout.

[Bradyn Reed]

Bradyn grinned at Ash, and stuck his tongue out at him--the common gesture of Calypso. "Heard what, my dear friend?" Then he shrugged. "Hmph, well in American Idol there's always two nice judges and a nasty one. I wanted to complete the fantasy."

Then he burst out laughing at Ash's comment about fangirls. He couldn't help it. "I'll steal all your fangirls! It's not like you want them anyway. You can steal Fay's fanboy crowd." Then he turned to Kit. "Of course, as a member of Calypso you can have some.. fans too." Bray said, not wanting to insinuate whether he was gay or straight before he even knew him. "But you'll have to hang out with us some more, stranger."

Kit smiled when the three of them approved, "Well thank you," he said to them all. He turned to Bray with a nod, "And yes, I think that I could do with some work, but then again, who couldn't?"

Kit smiled at Fay, "So, Judge Fay. Did I reach your standards for the part?" he asked her kidding-ly. Kit wasn't flirting with her, he just felt a connection with her, in an odd sorta way and in no way tried to hide it.

Kit looked at Bray with a grin, "Consider it done. And, for the record, I'm straight," He responded. He had to laugh, "You know, gay or not, I think Ash will have some girls after him too!"

I'm sure you're familiar with another one of my charries? Bray's... gf? lol but yes... I love that song... which in terms made me have a huge celebrity crush on Dougie... and his voice... and his talents... Did you know that Danny kisses Dougie in the music video for Silence is a Scary Sound?? ITS HILARIOUS!))

Felicity rolled her eyes at Ash. "Do you even want rabid fan girls Ash?" She snorted at Bray's comment. "Like I'll have a fanboy crowd. This so called band is mostly guys, what am I to do about all the fan girls who are going to want to eat me cause I know you guys." Her eyes grew large and she stuck out her lower lip.

Fay turned back to Kit, her grin back in place. "You did alright. I approve." She glared back at Ash and Bray. "And if you guys say anything about my opinion not needed or some nonsense like that I'll beat both of you to a pulp. Kay thanks loves." Fay gave them a large, innocent grin.

Ash laughed at Fay's question. "No thanks Liss, I'd rather have rabid fanboys! and don't worry, I'll protect you from Bray's fangirls! Although I might just try to steal your fanboys, so I'd watch out if I were you!"

Kit stood there amused with the two bickering. The longer it went on, the more his smile grew. Finally he laughed and shook his head, "Wow."

Kit didn't want to interrupt them so he stood silent and continued to watch.
