Andie dashed into the owlery, Girty had asked her to owl Mr. and Mrs. Hubbles, so that's what she was doing. Quickly reaching into her bag, she pulled out some parchment and a quill. She hastily scribbled a note that said,
Mr. and Mrs. Hubbles,
I am sorry to inform you that your son Daniel has been injured. But don't worry, we have everything under control, he's going to be okay. There's nothing to worry about. I hope this letter finds you in both good health and spirits.

She sealed the letter and called for her snowy owl, Trynity. "Tryn, find Mr. and Mrs. Hubbles as fast as you can. Okay girl?" she said as she tied the letter to the bird's leg. Trynity nipped her finger and soared through the window. Andie watched for a few moments, then turned to run back to the Hospital Wing.
Mr. and Mrs. Hubbles,
