Lidia found herself in the library but didn't start crying until she found her way into the back. She passed the place where her parents had so often talked about. Instead of sitting there she settled herself in the opposite corner. She was surrounded by bookshelves and silence. Now only the thick, dusty covers could hear her sobs. She let them go, washing the table with her tears...and then she heard footsteps. She stopped crying immediately and looked up. It was Trenton of course, she thought. But it wasn't...

Kitty had once again found herself walking along the library, but this time she wasn't planning to write a letter to her parents, for she had done it the day before yesterday. Today, she was looking for a book. and seeing this was indeed a library it seemed like to perfect place to do it.
Turning the corner she spotted a girl sitting at the desk by herself, you could see from the tear stains on her face she had been crying, but Cassy wasn't going to say something about a topic like that when she didn't even know them.
Instead she smiled as she passed with a 'Hello', despite being aware that the girl was in Slytherin, and Cassy herself in Gryffindor. But everyone seemed to already gather that Cassy wasn't one to pick friends or enimes because of the house they were put into.
Her attention was now on the book shelf with her back to the gril, her fingertips tracing over titles of the books.

Lidia was to busy crying to even notice the girl, except for when she had said 'Hello.' She gently wiped her face and looked up at the girl. "Hi, I'm Lidia." she said. It had been a very rough day and she didn't want anyone to think her weak or to give her pity. "Please, don't tell anyone about this." Lidia said to the girl as she gathered the books from the table and put them back.

Cassy raised her eyebrow as she noticed the girls tears, she wasn't going to ask what was wrong and she didn't plan on telling anyone, even if she wanted to she didn't really have anyone to tell and the fact she didn't even know this fellow gryffindor was another fact.
"I'm Kitty, it's nice to meet you"
She smiled, giving up on looking for the book, thinking that this girl deserved her attention more. For she wasn't happy.
"Would you like some help putting your books back Lidia?"

Lidia just kept putting books away as the girl turned around. She finally stopped when Kitty introduced herself. "Hello, Kitty, it's nice to meet you too." she said, with a smile. "Yes, I would like some help putting them back." she answered, turning to start placing them again. "How long have you been going to Hogwarts?" Lidia asked inquisitively.
((I'm a Slytherin not a Gryffindor.. LOL))

((Lol whoops of well same thing))
Cassy took some of the books from her hands and slotted them in the correct places whilst answering the questions asked of her.
"I've been here about a month now, i'm really starting to enjoy it be honest".
She smiled putting the last book away.
"How about yourself? Here from the start?"

It was very generous of Kitty to help her with the books. Lidia had only met about 4 new people. "Good, there are a lot of things to enjoy about Hogwarts." she said smiling her. "I've only been going to school here since it started again this fall. I was enrolled in a private school in Italy. L.C. is the one who recommended that I finish my seventh year here." The thought of having to switch school brought up the thought of her parents.
