The sun burst above the trees outside, beating down pleasantly on wandering students, joking and walking and talking together. All this seens from inside makes History of Magic essays seem a bit trivial, even a little stupid--well, very stupid.
Most other subjects really did fascinate Milone. Charms, Transfiguration, potions, if you will. But honestly, history of magic was the biggest dud the girl had ever known. You might see the reason now why the ink on her quill was drying and dripping as she eyed the window with a sigh.
