Quin tucked himself beside a suit of armour, a gigantic Charms book propped on his knees. Raising a brow, actually taking out his scarlet quill and fixing some errors he found, he began to lightly drum his fingernails on the metal beside him.
He was fidgety, and moving around tapping his fingers, or wringing his hands were habits that didn't seem to be stopping any time soon.
Then, suddenly, Quin's quill stopped on a certain charms spell right in the middle of correcting an atrocious grammar error.
"Hmm," he leaned forward to read it thoroughly, before glancing at the suit of armour beside him with a wicked expression.
"You look a bit stiff, 'mate," He said with the tiniest smirk while pulling out his wand. "How about I help liven you up a little bit?"

As Diana entered the corridor she was a bit bored. She had found the Common Room rather boring now a days and decided to go on a walk. As she passed some suits of Armor she heard a tapping noise, then a voice. "Ha... now this will be most definitely entertaining," she said in reply to the voice who said he wanted to living something up. As she leaned against the wall across the Armour her bright blue-green eyes skimmed it.

Quin had the spell on the tip of his tongue when a sudden soft padding noise reached his ears. Frowning, he peered over the shoulder of his metal companion and noticed a girl gazing intently at the armour.
Although unsociable, he recognized the girl straight away as a Slytherin. Being in the same year had not spared them to be in different classes.
"Fortuna? Right?" He said a bit guardedly, pushing himself off the wall, letting the book fall to the floor with a loud thud. Smiling a bit, he looked at the armour pointedly, in an interested way, before glancing back at her.
It seemed he was almost daring her to ask what he was up to.

Diana looked up at the boy and immediately noticed him. They had been in quite a few classes together but never really talked. As he spoke to her and called her by her surname she smiled, "Yes, Hetson right?" Her eyes then went from his to the book. Hearing the thumb she smiled deviously. "Oh, so you're going to be the one livening up this soul?" she asked already knowing. "How interesting... I've never really known you for mischief.." she said meeting his eyes once more.

Quin smiled slightly, dragging his fingers across the wall, before laying a hand gently on the armour. His eyes moved across the rigid limbs, before turning back to Fortuna.
Then, he let out an ironic laugh. "That's because I'm really not."
Though, the sly look in the girl's eye only motivated him further, and he grinned a bit before tapping the armour with his wand. It was with one last, challenging look, that he waved his wand around in one swift motion.
"Vixi Victum!"
There was only a small blue flash, igniting both their faces for the slightest second, before it disappeared leaving them in an almost anticlimactic silence.
"Er..." Quin said articulately, avoiding the girl's expectant eye. But, something caught his eye and they suddenly gleamed. "Look!"
The armour's fingers had begun to curl ever so slightly.

Diana laughed lightly as he said he wasn't. "Oh.. well mischief only leads to fun," she said playfully. She herself was a devious person and so she found her life eventful. When the light illuminated their faces, Diana kept complete eye contact on the Armour. She never could have ever imagined a goody Ravenclaw to be mischievous, but she liked it, a lot. When it's fingers moved Diana laughed lightly. Then moving closer to him she smiled, "Good work," as her eyes observantly moved over the Armour.

Quin looked at the armour's fingers with amazement, watching as soon the shiver of movement moved to the joins in its elbow.
At her compliment, he felt himself grow a bit more confident and stood a bit straighter. Then, he picked up his charms book once more, flipping through the pages.
"Let's see what fun we can have with this thing," he mumbled to himself, finally landing on a page and pointing his finger at a certain line.
"This here says we should name him. It'll be easier to control that way." Quin paused, looking at the armour curiously. "Any ideas?" He said wonderingly. "I was thinking Sir Hetson myself," he added jokingly, watching as the armour's joints continued to move eerily.

Seeing him straighten himself she laughed lightly. He obviously was not a very confident person, even though he seemed rather smart and attractive to her eyes. When he spoke of naming the Armour she giggled lightly. "Sir Hetson," she said lightly, "Hmm... are you sure you weren't suppose to be in Slytherin," she said playfully. When he asked her for ideas, she shrugged. "Do you have a pet?" she asked lightly.

"Slytherin? Hmm.." Quin wandered so that he was standing beside her, looking straight toward the suit of armour. "I did grow up in a house full of them," he said vaguely, looking back at her with a shrug.
Then, almost surprised at her question, he grinned and shook his head. "A pet? Certainly not. I can barely manage to take care of myself, let alone a toad of some sort."
However, he had noticed the Knight's "head" had swiveled around to Diana as soon as she had uttered the words 'Sir Hetson' and he frowned.
"Wait a minute..." he cut himself off, looking back at his book. Reading a small paragraph, he finally pointed his wand at the armour once more.
"Hetson Superna!
The armour noisily began to rustle, before walking steadily northeast. Quin grinned sheepishly.
"Looks like he was rather fond of Sir Hetson, himself."

Diana laughed lightly and smiled. "Ahh another thing we have in common," she said calmly. "My whole family is of Slytherin blood," she said lightly. "And between us it only makes sense," she said lightly.
When he talked about not having a pet she smiled. "Oh yeah I have a cat, her name is Pearls," she said lightly. However, when she noticed the Knight liked Sir Hetson she giggled more. "Oh well now you have a Knight named after you Mr. Hetson," she said realizing that she didn't really know his first name.
When the Knight moved, Diana moved gracefully out of it's way and was standing directly across from him. "So now what?" she asked raising an eyebrow.

Quin's eyes were scanning his book intently, reading over words that explained exactly what the knight was capable of. Smirking suddenly, he backtracked a few pages and trailed a slender finger down the page.
"This thing will do anything we want it to." His smirk faltered as he read through the darker aspects of their new friend. "Anything, no matter how morbid it seems..."
Looking back at Diana, Quin was about to pass her the book to see if any of the spells interested her when a wicked snicker came bellowing through the corridor.
"What have you got there, Hetson? Fortuna?"
Quin's frown deepend and he turned around, eyes widening as a figure fell toward him from the ceiling. Fully expecting to be knocked to the floor, he was surprised to only feel a slight chill before the book was knocked out of his hand and picked up by what appeared to be a very troublesome ghost.
He was a young boy, smirking at them tauntingly before opening the book and reading the pages quickly. "Well now, isn't this interesting?"
The ghost, who Quin eventually recognized as Marcel, a ridiculous thing that "haunted" the Divination tower, snickered melodically before gliding away, the book swinging in his translucent hand.
"Come on now, Sir Hetson." The ghost said with a laugh, and the Knight began to follow him steadily, knocking down burning candles and crashing metal fists into the wall, leaving prominent dents.
Frozen in place for a brief second, Quin looked at Diana with a slightly fearful gaze, before running after the odd pair, following the sound of clanging metal.

Diana watched the ghost intently. It was obvious that she found it a waste of space, due to the look on her face. When the book was stolen, she looked at Quin. "Well now..." she said in a calm and almost in laughter tone.
It was incredibly ironic how everything was happening but it was fun. As she ran with Quin she could hear the destruction. Thinking to herself she laughed, wow if a teacher finds out what happens were screwed.
When she finally caught up to the ghost and Sir Hetson, Diana looked back to see where Quin had gone. However, her eyes met an empty corridor. As the ghost saw that she was alone it set Sir Hetson on her. Diana took out her wand and let out a strong, "Impedimenta!"

bellatrix turned a corner, and yelped when she saw a moving set of armour.
"what-how-it-?" she stammered. not being able to speak, she settled with standing with her arms folded, looking disgruntled.

"Bella," Diana smiled grabbing her arm and getting her out of the way of the Armour. Looking back at the Armour Diana's face went serious again. It was really causing damage and she needed to stop it. Looking around Diana couldn't find Quin. Where had that boy gone, she thought to herself. "Quin!" Diana yelled unsure if he could hear her.
A wicked laughter came from behind her. "Stupid Fortuna... Has poor Hetson left you... Oh and a friend I see.. Black" the ghost said in a frightening whisper.
Diana turned around quickly feeling the coldness of the ghostly figure. Her eyes on his with a deadly look on her face. "You'll get yours..." she hissed but before she could say more something grabbed her.

"what an annoying spirt!" said bella to diana.
there was only one problem.
diana was gone.
