[Great Hall] Not a Morning Person

Shane smirked. " Well, it's true." He replied. He was sure anyone who had experienced a good snog before would agree. Shane listened as Nessa invited him to play Truth or Dare sometime. Honestly, he hadn't played since he was about 13. Yet that didn't mean he wouldn't play again. He laughed. " She's right. It takes a lot for embarrass her." Shane spoke up. He knew this very well. It took quite a lot to embarass Shane as well. He was such an open person and so confident, hardly anything could knock him down.

Shane smirked at what Diana whispered into his ear. " Well, I do like intense things. Quite a lot." He agreed. " And I think more likely than not something very intense would happen in a game of truth or dare with me." He added with a grin. " So whenever you wanna play, I'm game." He informed Nessa. Afterall, maybe it would bring some excitement into his life for once. Things had been so very boring lately.

"All right then," Vanessa said slyly, "Do you want to play here, or back in the common room?" she asked with a chuckle.

"I think it would be more interesting if we played here because it would be easier to torture the other houses," she paused, "especially those Gryffindorks," she added with an evil smirk.

She had stayed up all night, and all morning, playing the game and she was a bit tired of it.

But Shane had obviously indicated he wanted to play and she was never one to let opportunity go by.

Besides now that she had eaten her fill, a few bites of a muffin, she was bored and had nothing better to do, and this sounded like quite a bit of fun.

Diana smirked knowing that a good snog could be in total the highlight of a day. "I completely agree," she said knowingly. She had only kissed three guys that she could say were some of the best kissers in this school, and for Diana that's saying something. "Yes well I'm open and if you haven't noticed..." she began to whisper, "I think I'm confident." Her voice went back to its normal tone, "And that's why it's almost a task to embarrass me."

"Well it could only make sense," Diana smirked. "You are playing with a bunch of charming Slytherin girls," she spoke in a soft tone. Most Slytherin girls were out to get more power than the next. Diana didn't have to do that, she already had her power and it would stay that way. "Although I must warn you Shane, there may be quite a lot of snogging involved," Diana laughed lightly.

When Nessa asked if they could play here Diana giggled. "I think it might get interesting," she said lightly. "So who starts?" she asked lightly.

Nessa, not wanting to look shy, or weak piped up first.

"I pick dare," she said with a mischevious grin.

She wondered what the teens would have her do. She was a ite bit nervous but again refused to show it. She never showed her true emotions.

She never had, and she probably never would.

Shane smiled. " Confidence is always good. Though I've been told I'm more arrogant then confident. Confidence and arrogant are two completely different things though." He said with a small smirk. And Shane was pretty sure he had both of those qualities. Most Slytherins did, most likely.

Shane laughed before nodding in agreement. " Yeah, well that's true. And you girls might just be playing truth or dare with the most charming boy in Slytherin." He said, opening his eyes to grin at both of them. He laughed even more at what Diana said next." Well, I don't really have any problems with that. Like I told you, snogging is always a good time." He said with a smirk. He finally forced himself to sit up, though he really didn't want to. He had been very comfortable on Diana's shoulder.

" We should definetly play here. It's going to get very interesting and very quickly." Shane laughed. He wasn't surprised when Nessa picked dare. " Dare. Good choice." He said with a smirk.

At that moment, a chipper (yeah right) and fully rested Bellatrix eased into a seat next to Diana. "Finally flirting with someone of your own house? I'm glad."

Bella laughed.

Diana listened to them both speak. "Well Shane, I must admit you are charming for a boy, but in total I must say that I won that award," she said playfully winking at him. She was rather arrogant herself and overly-confident, but if you got everything you wished you would be liked that as well.

As Nessa agreed to go first Diana giggled. "Hmm.." she said thinking of a good dare. "You see that girl over there," she pointed to a Hufflepuff guy and smirked. She wasn't going to chose the most unattractive guy and so he was rather handsome. "I want you to go up to him and explain to him what the meaning of chemistry is and ask him if possibly one day you will have chemistry with him," she said half-laughing. "Then before he tells you his answer just tell him something completely random such as 'so are the potatoes good today' and leave," she laughed. OK maybe it was a bit off the wagon but she was never really good at making dares. She took them easily but never made them easily.

Diana heard Bella's voice and smirked. "Look who's talking my dear," she smirked thinking about a Ravenclaw. "But yes I guess you could state that," Diana winked at Shane playfully.

Bella knew exactly what she was talking about, and then she muttered something that sounded dangerously like "Whistledown" before turning to Shane.

"Hey Shane, how are you?" she asked. "These girls rope you into truth or dare? Its becoming quite popular. I wonder how long until all of the other houses start doing it. If only we had a password to the Gryffindor common room!" Bella sighed. "But, I think me and maeve might be able to try and get it."

[Diana Fortuna]

Diana giggled and shook her head. "Whisledown is a foolish bean who sticks her nose into places that she has no place to," she hissed.

"She really is though," Bella nodded in agreement. "I bet shes a Gryffindor. There such meddlers!"

[Tyler Rockwood]

Tyler walked into the already crowed Great Hall. His shirt was completely untucked and his green and silver tie just laid around his neck, untied. No, he wasn’t tired this morning, just lazy. Ty spotted a few familiar faces at the Slytherin table and headed towards their direction. He wondered what mischief was being cooked up today? It usually was rather interesting.

“Morning Shane, Diana, Bella, and uhh firstie?” He said, surprised seeing a first year sitting with them. Ty just decided to shrug it off and took a seat across from Shane. He reached across the table and grabbed a slice of toast and took a swig of the pumpkin juice sitting in front of him.

“So what trouble are we getting into this morning?” Ty asked with a smirk.

Bella watched Shane walk in and smiled. He made a snide comment to Nessa, but what was to be expected. First years didnt usually get to hang out with sixth and seventh years. especially not this group of upperclassmen. But really, no matter the age. Slytherins were generally evil beyond their years.

"Hello Tyler," Bella greeted throatily. Then she addressed the group as a whole. "Why does everyone seem so tired except me? What were you doing and why wasnt I invited?"

Nessa had laid her head down and had totally fallen asleep. She really was tired. Luckily she woke up right before her dare was given so she was able to catch it.

"Alll right then," replied Nessa trying to pretend she had not been snoring just moments ago. She got up and walked over to the Hufflepuff table trying to figure out what she would say. She had no idea what chemisty was.

Well, I guess I'll have to wing it she thought.

She walked up to a somewhat attractive Hufflepuff boy, who of course was much older than her. She decided to sit down next to him.

Then she said very matter of factly, "Chemistry is the compatibility between two people." She paused and then went on. "When I first saw you I realized we have chemistry because you are like so hott," she exclaimed batting her eyelashes. "We are so compatible because you're a guy and i'm a girl and im sure we want the same thing," she said winking. "The only way to figure out if our chemistry was true or not is if we had a snog fest," she paused waiting for that to sink in.

The boy looked up in horror, amusment, and amazement. Before he could even reply Nessa bursted out,"I like pie!" then she strutted away back to the table.

"How was that?" she smirked.

Shane grinned. " Not too bad. Yourself, Bella?" He asked, glancing over at the girl. He nodded. " Truth or dare...It had to make a comeback sometime. I haven't played in ages. And plus, I always was the champion. " He said, putting on a mock arrogant smirk. " Hey Tyler. Wanna join our game?" He asked, as the boy took the empty seat opposite him. The more players, the better the game.

Shane watched as Nessa stood up and gracefully made her way over to the other table. He smirked, watching her succesfully complete her dare, letting out a laugh. He grinned when she came and sat back down. " Nice work. He still looks confused." Shane chuckled. " Who's brave enough to be next?"
