Personality: Loren is very smart and bubbly. She can make friends easily and is trustworthy and supportive to those who are close to her. Although he know-it-all, bookwormy, swotty persona is the one most people usually see, every now and then her competitive and adventurous side shows itself (usually during Quidditch). Loren has a passion for secrets, gossip, old books and socialising, and this is all aided by her good sense of humour and impish tendencies.

Of course, Loren can be very childish at times, and more than once has thrown and tantrum or two that has ended very badly. For those whom she doesn’t get along with life can be very difficult, as she does not like to keep her emotions to herself. Loren’s temper isn’t a dangerous one though – just very loud.

History: Loren was adopted by muggles at an early age and was no aware of her magical heritage until receiving her Hogwarts letter. She grew up in a normal village in Shropshire with several brothers and sisters (who were also adopted). Her only experience of magic before Hogwarts was when she got upset by another girl in her street, consequently resulting in her home’s roof mysterious vanishing.

Relationship:
Best friends - Loren is capable of having more than one best friend. This kind of relationship is rather self-explanatory. These people are as good as gold to Loren.
Good friends - Those who fall into this category are very favourable to Loren. She cares for and trusts them very much and adores their company. These are usually the people she likes to get into trouble with and have a laugh.
Aquaintance - On positive speaking terms. Loren will socialise with these people on an easy going level.
Two faced - Is okay with them enough to put on a smile and have a good time, but for whatever reason there is trouble a foot.
Rival/ememy - You just do NOT get along!

Two faced
Loren and Elijah have a rather messy relationship. During their early days of Hogwarts they went out with each other, and although at first they shared the usual children's game of awkward kisses after lessons and holding hands on their way to dinner, the new interests and ideas they both gained as they got older caused a lot of riffs. Loren did not like Elijah's new friends who were far too interested in politics, and Elijah found Loren to be a little too clingy. Eventually Elijah decided he couldn't cope with the lack and space and sadly broke it off.

Predictably the two of them are now impossibly polite and formal to each other. Loren went crazy with anger in the beginning, but they now share a silent agreement that nothing ever happened between them - and if one sees the other approaching down the corridor, they are to quickly turn round and find another route...

Nothing but that they went out, broke it off, haven't spoken properly since. Loren is going out with Elijah's rival, Dax Simmons.

Future RP ideas:
Now that Loren is going out with Dax, his interest in her has been sparked again (as he does not like Dax and would do anything to challenge him). So this, of course, could be put to good use.[/size]

Best Friend

Details: Dax and Loren’s relationship has been a troubled one, nothing seems to run smoothly and when things final look like they could be on the up someone (normally Dax) says or does something that sets them back a few weeks….maybe months. However at the present moment in time things seem to be on the up, they have finally made up and have seem on many occasion kissing when no one is looking. In Dax’s opinion Loren is a angel and will do almost anything for her….even go against his own head of house. Oh so yeah there relationship really should be a secret as Professor Hubbles is likely to kill them otherwise but still Dax can not help but tell anybody who dares asks about them.

RP: Well Loren is the Ravenclaw Champion so I imagine he will be running around having panic attacks a lot about her safety. And with his head of house going a bit crazy and saying that the relationship is forbidden maybe a few late night meetings hehehe.

There are no real words to describe how much Dan hates the sight of that brown haired, good for nothing, know it all, ‘I am so wonderful’, immature Ravenclaw. Huh…there are words to describe it. But Dan really does detested everything there is about Loren Hayes. She seemed nice at first, in fact I think they even got a long in the lesson, but then Dan wrongly put her in detention and well she never liked him since, and as she has never respected him….then why should he respect her.

Many could raise the opinion that she is his little sisters main opponent in the Quadwizard tournament, and yes it does cross his mind but she is an arrangement so and so who does not deserve what she has. And now she has bewitched Dax and he is betraying his house. The boy will have to be on over, he will have to be taken from her evil clutches.

Good Mates– Grace and Loren have never been the best of mates but have always gotten along swimingly during lessons and on other occasions where the happen to meet. They have become Good Mates through these insidences.

Best Friends?
Ian and Loren met each other in the corridors and soon found out that they both had a knack for attracting trouble. Their relationship on a whole is very friendly, and Ian is glad to be involved in something so easy going, and care free.

Or, it would be easy going if it weren't for the small problem of Ian and Loren taking on the huge responsibility of nourishing a pet Griffin named Felix.

Though a handful, the Griffin only succeeded in bringing Ian and Loren closer as friends.

It's no secret that they're an adventurous pair.
