Appearance
For years Will has looked the same, his overgrowing stubble and shaggy dark brown hair giving him a rugged look. However he has recently cut his hair shorter and started having a more grown up and more presentable look about him since coming back to Hogwarts. The transformation didn’t happen for a couple of months, but he is still the same guy.

Style: Will can wear anything from a suit to one day to jeans and a casual shirt the next, although he usually wears the latter. He prefers the casual and comfy look.

Behind The Man
Will is a typical case of ‘Last guys finish last’. No matter how genuine and caring he is, it never seems to work in his favour. Not to say he is a doormat, he is far from it, and will soon speak up if someone is taking advantage of his kind nature. He doesn’t have much of a temper but when he does he gets more upset than angry, and disappointment is the feeling he gets when people disappoint him.
A bad thing about Will however is he is far too trusting, and usually believes anything and everything people say, unless of course they are completely useless at lying. He himself is open and trusting and he doesn’t understand why people lie about trivial things, causing them to make the lie more of a big deal than it really is.
With friends, Will is a typical bloke and likes nothing more than watching a game of quidditch with a beer in hand. He talks about many blokes things, but draws the line at talking about women as objects. In matters of the heart, Will is not necessarily shy, more unbelieving of what the other person thinks and feels. He has gotten so used to being second best he believes it himself.


Once Upon A Time
Recieving his Hogwarts letter, Will couldn’t be more excited, and his mother and father were nothing more than happy for him, if not a little shocked. An eleven year old, geeky kid attended Hogwarts and was sorted into Hufflepuff. After getting picked on and being the first year loser, he was hanging by candelabra in the dungeons when Daniel Hubbles came across him and helped the small lad down. Becoming friends with Daniel and Warren Hubbles was a good and bad idea. Daniel was the lesser of two evils, and Warren was the one who always got Will into trouble. The trio were pretty much inseparable, Dan and Will more so. Will soon stopped being shy and felt like himself with Dan and Warren, no matter how many random and awkward situations they all got into, one memorable one being Warren jinxing Will naked behind the Hufflepuff badger.
Throughout his studies, Will always studied hard but never seemed to do great in any subject except Potions class. Eventually when he was old enough, he took extra classes in Occlumency, and he exceeded greatly in it, much to his enjoyment and pleasure knowing he was actually great in a class finally. After graduating with mediocre marks in every other class besides Occlumency and Potions, he went on a pursuit to Paris, France and began as the Occlumency professor’s assistant for many years. He stayed as the assistant there in hope to take over the role eventually as the teacher was on his last legs. Waiting patiently in the wings, it seemed he would never get his wish of being a full Professor, until receiving a letter from the Hogwarts headmaster one day offering him the Occlumency Professor role. With all hope restored, William Vaid soon up and left to return back to Hogwarts once more.

Story:
Ilea met Will at the Three Broomsticks, the place was really packed leaving no where else to sit. He ended up asking if he could sit with her and she ok'd it. They ended up watching the game, flirted, talked and it eventually came down to them hanging out the next day. We'll have to see how that goes.

Details: They are both professors at Hogwarts and during one day when Hannah was going through something Will appeared and seemed to make things right again. From the moment they got to talking Hannah found herself unbelievably attracted to him and he to her. She's actually truly liking him which is unusual for her. At this point she's not sure what's going to happen but she does hope that things progress the way they have been.

Story:-
Will and Warren go back, 16 years in fact. They were both in Hufflepuff during their time at Hogwarts and with the addition of Warren’s cousin Dan the three of them were rarely seen apart. Dan and Will were always closer, they were the ones who focused on studying while Warren had a habit of getting himself into trouble and often dragged Will along with him.

However after they left Hogwarts there lives led them both in different directions and ten years passed until the two saw each other again. Will had got a job at Hogwarts while Will was the new landlord of the Hogshead and when Professor William Vaid strutted into the pub that night he would never have guessed to see Warren Hubbles behind the bar!
