Ashlee walked to the forest wearing her favorite jeans and her yellow hoodie. "Hey Professor." She smiled brightly and bent down and picked up Angelo. "Hey boy."

Keaira looked up from her book as she heard Ashlee's voice, accompanied by a soft bark.
"Hello, Professor," she said with a half-bow. "Ashlee, Angelo. Fancy meeting you all here."

"I'm sorry," Keaira said, kneeling down to scratch Angelo's neck. "I didn't mean to. Ashlee, forgive me if this question is too personal—feel free to not answer—but am I to assume that you can see thestrals, as well?"

Prof Ethelion took out a bit of raw meat, and flung it to the ground. he then stepped back, and waited for a thestral to appear from the Forest. “Wonder if the thestrals are still around...” he muttered under his breath.
And then there, a thestral appeared, its winged body walking gracefully out from the forest. It took the offering of blood, and then nodded its head at Prof. Ethelion. He beckoned for Ashlee to follow him. "We have other business Ms. Liath. Enjoy your book, and if you want to, go to the library and borrow a book on wandless magic. I have reserved it under your name."

Keaira smiled weakly. "I...don't know if I'm up to being around thestrals at the moment. If you don't mind, I'll just be going on to the lake... I want to finish my book. Good day to you both."
Keaira made sure to pace herself as she walked away, trying not to move too quickly.

Ashlee smiled looking at the thestral. She put her hands in the pocket of her hoodie then looked at the Professor. "It won't hurt us right?" she asked in almost a whisper.

"Well, first let's get you on one. You look like someone who enjoys flying, so I think it should be no trouble. I actually find it similar to flying with a broom. Here, can you see it? If you can't thats alright. I'll boost you up onto it."
Prof. Ethelion steadied her arm. "Press down on my shoulder and swing one leg across it... assuming you can see it of course."
