After leaving his class, Ethelion made his way up to the charms classroom. He paused for a moment at the door, trying to decide if he should really say something. After all, if he was mistaken... but no, it was too dangerous. Professor Freundscaft had to be warned. That look in Helia's eyes... he wouldn't be surprised if she came after him that very night. He knocked on the door loudly, three times, calling out through the wood. "Professor Freundschaft? I hope this isn't a bad time. It's Professor Eriksson, I need to talk to you."

Opening the door Rainer steps back without speaking. He had been straightening the contents of his office yet again and each piece of furniture floated mid-air behind him. Suffice to say his conentration had not been at its best of late but he was managing well enough with his powers. "Vill you be staying for tea, Ethelion?" he asks, conjuring loudly a small pot and tea set to accomodate them. Both appear without waiting for his answer and hover nearby, uncertain and gryffindor red. Closing the door behind them, Rainer ushers the professor in to the center of the office where a small table and two little chairs have already appear. Seating himself, Rainer continues as manner of explaination, "Es ist easier this vay, as you can see I have my hands full with all this redecorating anyhow. Sit."
The heavy furniture floats higher and settles above their heads as Rainer counts out his sugars.

Ethelion smiled thankfully at the tea. "You made tea? That was... very kind of you. Thanks." He keeps his eyes carefully on the man, and, of course, willing himself not to gaze nervously up at the flying furniture. He took his cup, sitting down in the chair which appeared slightly less comfortable than the other. "Thank you," He said again, taking a sip of his some-what too sweet tea. He looked at Rainer, wondering how to begin. He would not comment on the decorating.

"How are you and your dog? Angelo was it not? I recall that you went on hiatus recently," Rainer continued to make one-sided small talk, his concentration given to new floor plans and expanding his office...also holding aloft the very heavy furniture perched overhead. "More Creamer, Herr Professor?" he asks, rolling his fingers over the black surface of Ethelion's drink, clouding it with rich cream. Perhaps he would ask for Ethelion's opinion on the decorations? Rainer concentrated on the wall just behind them and pressed outward, stretching the space there to house, perhaps, a sofa. In doing this however he failed to notice his wand fly from it's wrist harness and out through the crack at the base of the door.

"Oh, Angelo..." Ethelion began, with a bit of an embaressed smile. "Yes, he's still in the monastary-- that's where I was, you see. He is training to be a buddist monk. But that's beside the point. I came to talk to you about Helia Ollivander--"
Ethelion's wand is pulled from his back pocket, and he turns with a cry to watch it slip under the door along with another that he assumes is Rainer's. Turning back to the other man, he is still spilling cream from his fingers, the furniture in the air not even wavering.
And the wall kept expanding behind him, Rainer seeming not to notice the missing magical object. "Our wands! They're gone!" He told Rainer, more as an experiment than as an actual exclamation. He wanted to see what would happen. In realizing that he was using wandless magic, more, in fact, than Ethelion, who was well trained in the art himself, had ever see any one person do at a time, would his magic fail? Would they be killed by falling furniture?
Ethelion hoped not.

Rainer paused at this. The furniture continued to arrange and rearrange itself and the walls slid back unimpeded and undisturbed. Even the sweater he had been knitting psychokinetically beneath his desk, he noted distantly, had not dropped a single perled stitch. It was in actuality very odd. "I-- I am not quite sure how to explain. I feel much as I always do," and Rainer, experimentally, focused himself on the the chairs and it's small table between and was astounded when they began to rise. A plate of scones appear next as emphasis, appearing with a apologetic thud as they manifest politely beside the sugarbowl. "Where do you think the wands have gone?" he asks suddenly, realizing the terrible implications of their unannounced disappearance.

Ethelion tried to ignore the fact that he was being levitated. "I don't know..." An idea came to Ethelion, and he told it to Rainer. "I'll turn into a wolf. I'm an animagus, you know. Perhaps I can sniff the wands out!" Before waiting for Rainer's response, he quickly transformed and leapt down, knocking over his chair and the table in the process. The wolf's nose sniffing furiously for a moment, Ethelion picked up a scone and began eating it noisily. He was hungry, and the wolf was a bit adament about food.

"Oh nein," Rainer mutters, lowering his chair to the floor beside Ethelion's wolf form and standing immediately. "Professor, this matter is of the utmost serious...Are the scones any good?" It was not the time but he could not help being a little curious. "Ugh. Nevermind. We must find our wands at once, Erikkson," he says and, opening the door from afar, turns to exit.

Ethelion takes a last swallow of the scones which, as a matter of fact, were quite good indeed, and then took off running down the hall, quickly surpassing Freundschaft. He is right. This is no laughing matter.

Upon seeing his fellow professor dash past, Rainer could only roll his eyes in exasperation. This had not been a good week and he had still yet to teach a second class. He would stand to be sacked and, at this thought, he dragged quickly a chair toward him with a call to it and seated himself. Making a point to hold on to it's high oak back with a firm grip, Rainer held his breath as it rose and cast the spell that would insure it followed Ethelion's much faster form. It wobbles in the air for a minute before speeding off after his fellow teacher, nearly knocking him off in the process.
The hall and room are empty and after a moment the door closes as if by itself and Rainer's carefully arranged furniture tumbles to the floor with a deafening crash. It was easier this way, he explained to himself as the chair darted around the next corner.
