Molly latched onto Alana's hand with both of hers, and proceeded to yank it up and down rather than shake it. "Hello, Alana, professor..." her head jerk from side to side, examining them.

Alana just stared and then said rather quickly "Oh professor! I left something in the dorm! I'll be right back!" and with that she rushed out of the room. Of course she hadn't left anything she just needed an excuse to get out of the room. This girl was weird! And it was starting to freak her out!

Algernon glanced at Alana's retreating back, then turned to Molly, biting his lip worriedly. This student was acting... extremely strange. "Er..." He spoke up, running a hand through his hair nervously. "Are you quite alright then, Ms. Bottomburn? Shall we bring you to the hospital wing? Perhaps you've been... poisoned..." He trailed off, unsure as to what to say.

Molly watched Alana rush out of the room. "Some people - so forgetful!" she laughed airly. Sitting down on a chair near the professor, Molly pulled one of Fred and George Weasley's patented Day Dreams from her bag and began to read over the instructions carefully...

Alana had been waiting out of sight and using her invisibilty cloak snuck back into the room, she slipped behind the professor pinched his arm and whispered "Professor, It's Alana! I definitely think she needs to go to the hospital wing!"

Algernon stared at the girl for a moment, waiting for her to respond to him, then spun around at the sharp pinch. "Alana?" He asked loudly, unsure why she was hiding. "You have an invisibility cloak?" He asked disbelivingly. "Why in the world do you have an invisibility cloak?"

Molly's obscure eyes focused upon Professor Moncrieff. "Why on earth are you talking to yourself?"

"Doesn't everyone?" she asked innocently, then quickly became serious "Let's go!" following the Professor out of the room ((want me to make another thread in the Infirmary? or will you make it?))

"Er..." Algernon sighed, then made a decision. "I'm going to leave this up to you, Ms. James!" He decided, ushering the two girls out of the room and locking the door behind him. With a roll of his eyes, he sat down to try and get some work done. Alana was smart, she could certainly deal with it.

Helia rushed down the hall as the clock chimed eight'o'clock. Yes, she was heading to the divination tower an hour early, she wanted to be entirely and completly ready when wehatever happened, actually happened. She wasn't entirely sure since she hadn't been amongst the conspirators earlier that day, but she was definatly excited. She had her book bag slung over one shoulder, containing a thermos of hot coffee, sugar packets, and pixy sticks. Everything she'd need to stay awake. She barreled up the stairs until she reached the trap door that led up to the divination platform. She pulled the string, traipsed up the stairs, and collapsed on the floor snickering. She'd already had a cup and a half of coffee, and it was all she could do to keep from laughing like a maniac. She took a deep breath, gathering herself, then sat up and looked around for any form of life.

A few minutes after eight o'clock, Professor Moncrieff decided that it was time to travel up to the top of the divination tower and set up for his lesson. He opened the door to his office, peering down the hall in both ways nervously, but the two students were no where to be seen. He hoped Ms. James had figured out what was wrong with that girl. It wouldn't do to have her stumble off the tower or the like. But ah, well.
He exited the office, a large telescope floating behind him, his arms over loaded with charts. The climb up to the tower was difficult, but he finally made it, erupting through the trap door, scrolls spilling all around the opening. He looked around, noticing Helia.
"Ah, Ms. Ollivander... If you wouldn't mind..." He jerked his head toward the telescope, banging itself uselessly against the stone, too large to fit through the opening. "I'm sure you can manage a shrinking charm, yes? My arms are a bit full.." He nodded down toward the charts.

Erika walked timidly up to the top of the Divinations tower. She opend the door and saw another Ravenclaw and the teacher. The professor seemed to have his arms full. "Can I help you carry anything?" she asked shyly

Fin trudged up the stairs onto the tower, noticing a few people already here, including his friend Halo. After a long yawn, he made his way towards the professor. "Hello Professor. Soooo, why are we out here?"

Helia hurried over, wand in hand and said,"Reducio." The large telescope shrank considerably until it was the size of a large pencil case. She gently picked it up, along with an armful of the tumbled scrolls, then said, "Where would you like me to put all these Professor?"

Algernon looked over his shoulder at the new Ravenclaw girl, "Er, it's be a great help if you'd pick up some of these..." He kicked one of the charts still on the ground toward her, the back to Helia. He smiled at her, freeing a hand momentarily to point to the far wall of the tower, which overlooked the lake, the forest beyond it. "Just set it up over there if you can. The charts can go next to it...Don't know why I have all of there, I won't need half of them in all likelyhood," he mumbled, shrugging. He made his way over to the spot he had pointed, dropping the charts he carried in a pile beside the short wall which was the only barrier to a steep drop.
"As to your question, Mr. McFinnigan," He yelled back as he, bent over, rumaged through the scrolls, looking for one in particular, "tonight we're going to see a comet."
