Professor Mandrake went into the great hall and went up by the staff table. He looked around then raised his hand and ordered quiet. When everyone was silent he spoke loudly.
"DO TO DANGEROUS CIRCUMSTANCES, STUDENTS ARE TO REPORT TO THEIR COMMON ROOM, PREFECTS TO THE STAFF COMMON ROOM. THAT IS ALL" and Mandrake left for the staff room.
